Do not use ! Booked a mystery holiday in may and still have no confirmed holiday. When they call they just try to get more money from you, you accept a quote for it then to have changed and no longer available. The assistants on the phone do not listen to you and come across very rude ! Been a joke from the start and when asked for a refund was told it was not available.
They also must have a marker on your name when a review has been left as when they called my partner back, they said you have left a review on trust pilot !! Absolute joke of a company

My experience was positive. Friendly staff. No complaints.

So here is our honest review of our trip to Lake Como booked via Travelodeal. Positives first
Booking was very easy and staff very helpful.
Flights very straightforward despite being warned about biometric passport control delays. Staff at both Manchester and Milan airport helpful and through both securities in around 40 mins.
We got the trains from the airport to Milan Centrale station then the Tirano train which takes you straight to Colico where the hotel is.
Colico is at the very northern end of the lake, quieter than the main resorts but a few bars and restaurants. Expect to wait to be served though as the Italian staff don’t rush.
Lake Como is stunning !!
The hotel we stayed in - Hotel Lago Di Como was ok. Not brilliant just ok. Beds super comfy and fab pillows , plenty of hot water. Staff really friendly … but our room wasn’t ready when we got there and it was 3pm. Even when told it was ready when we got to it staff still cleaning it. The air con was leaking all over the floor, the safe didnt work, the shelf in wardrobe broken and hot/cold turner in shower kept falling off. Staff did come to fix all but the shower though. It was quite noisy near the road end too. We were half board. The food would be described as basic. It’s a smallish hotel family run, breakfast ok but hot food was luke warm. Evening meal was salad/a basic pasta / a meat with cold potatoes/ a cake or similar. We ate out 2 of the 4 nights. We missed the wine tasting as didn’t know what time it was on . 5.30pm. We had an issue with the boat tickets sold by Travelodeal. Be aware that this ticket does not get you all over the lake. We didn’t get the full voucher through so were not aware of this so paid an extra €80 to get all the way to Como and back. The voucher you buy means getting the train to Varenna and you can then get the ferry to the main parts in the middle of the lake only. We booked the tickets for the Thurs but didn’t get them until Thurs night so used them on the Friday. A visit to Villa Balbianello is a must but book tickets online at least a month before otherwise you will queue for ages to get in. We didn’t know this in advance but they only let 10 people in every 15 mins. Worth waiting as views are stunning. Not for people with mobility issues though as very steep paths and hilly. On our last night ( very early start too as need to get the 5.14am train back to Milan to get the flight) someone managed to set the fire alarm off at 2am in the hotel so that wasn’t ideal ( not hotels fault though) final negative is be aware of the tons of influencers in Bellagio, The Botanical Gardens lake shot in Varenna & the villa Balbianella. They were all over just blocking views, holding up queues by taking so many content photos and videos. Just enjoy the views folks !! Overall it was a great break for the cost though and weather hot too

Easy and quick to do, travel is from Manchester to Pisa.

I recently booked a multi-city European vacation through Travelodeal, and my experience with the booking process has been excellent.
I especially want to recognize Marvin, who worked with me through several changes as we built an itinerary that was right for us. I had a lot of questions—and I do mean a lot—and Marvin was patient, responsive and willing to keep looking at different options rather than simply trying to close the sale.
We ultimately booked a wonderful itinerary through Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg and Prague, including our flights, hotels and train transportation. Marvin was particularly helpful when we decided to add Salzburg and rearrange the entire route. He worked through the different possibilities with us and found an itinerary and price we were very happy with.
What I appreciated most was his communication. When I wanted clarification about flights, baggage, payments, hotel arrangements or the terms of the booking, he answered my questions and provided additional information in writing when I requested it. I never felt rushed into making a decision.
We haven't traveled yet, so this review is specifically for the booking experience. Based on that experience, however, Marvin has been outstanding. He has been professional, patient, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Sharon was very helpful in booking our weekend getaway to Katowice, she made sure we had all the details we needed and was very fast at getting back to us to make sure we had all the confirmation emails.
