Freeagent is great for invoicing clients and record keeping, makes it all so easy and takes the stress away.

Used to be amazing, as you could get immediate support through their live chat at any time. Now both the chat and the emails are just answered by bots that skirt around the question or confidently spout nonsense. Just another company jumping on the AI 'support' bandwagon to save money at the expense of the user experience.

I have both a rental and a sole trader MTD account with FreeAgent and have had call to speak to their helpline on numerous occasions. Each and every time I found the team incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. If only all help lines were as good!

Having used various accounts packages in the past I am impressed with Free Agent. Takes a while to find your way around it, as with any new system, but as a free service with such excellent support thank you Nat West.

Very easy to use. Lots of guidance about what needs to be completed. Lots of support available. Very straightforward input pages. I like that I can go at my own pace in getting set up well before the MTD for HMRC quarterly reporting. Feeling confident about adding this additional layer of admin. I can't believe it's been so easy and uncomplicated. A great relief.

Excellent platform, easy to use. I’ve been using FreeAgent for a number of years and never had any issues with it.

When somebody unsubscribes, you should let them use the software until the date of next billing cycle right. I paid because I needed to disconnect my HMRC from there and transfer to another account and they are blocking you from using software as soon as you unsubscibe! Disgousting.

Relating to a problem invoicing and after a misunderstanding of what I required they was able to direct me to the relevant page were I was able to sort it out straight away can't fault them definitely 5star service

The service and assistance I received over the telephone was great. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to resolve the issue I had trying to link up with HMRC.
