We opened Anna recently for the business and received funding from a loan on 10/07/2026. Ever since funding was received they have suspended and unsuspended the account twice. We are now at 22/07/2026 and all I get from Anna Money is automated responses from AI. We are accruing interest daily on the funds received and will be looking anna to reimburse interest charged while we couldn’t use the funds.
We have taken the funding out manage cash flow and ANNA money have ruined us by holding legitimate money for 12 days without reason. The source is clear as day and I have provided what they have asked for.
We are a company turning over in excess of 1m+ yearly and there is no justification for why money from a funding company is being held for 13 days without any sort of human communication.
If you are thinking about opening an account here I would run as fast as I can. Absolutely ridiculous, my business has suffered the last 12 days for no reason and we have accrued interest and are still obligated to make our first loan payment on the scheduled date when funding was taken out: so essentially we took funding for Anna money to hold the money for nearly half a month so far still while interest is accruing in the loan.
Absolutely disgusting practices and company

so anna it all started off pretty good…
so anna it all started off pretty good but now i am in a situation where i can’t login to my account
i tried over 25 times
i have complained but still no one helps
the staff are incompetent not knowing what to do
keep getting advice but the staff don’t know what they are talking about
you email them you get a ridiculous response
not addressing the situation just nonsense replies being so obvious that they don’t know what they’re talking about
there’s no number to call
there’s no way of actually getting help from
a person that actually knows what they’re are talking about
it’s got to a stage where i will give up
anna this is not good
you try to pride yourselfs on being a bank that will help a business customer but your failing
and your just like the other banks now
nothing different just a big company who thinks they can just roll along with your money and when you actually want help it’s a total different attitude
i be moving my 3 business accounts away from anna that’s for sure
big statements from a bank that’s just not good enough in the real world

DREADFUL
DREADFUL! Seriously recommend that you do not use this “service” it is slow and costly. I’ve setup businesses before and thought this might save me time and money but it was far more time consuming and costly. Strongly advice to not use this.

A very useful business account for a new limited company
ANNA has made managing my new business much easier. Creating professional invoices is straightforward, VAT is calculated clearly, and customer and Companies House details are often found automatically, which saves a lot of time. The app is easy to use and keeps my payments, expenses and invoices together. So far, it has been a very helpful business account while setting up AM Executive Travel & Transfers Ltd. In addition the customer service is second to none, if you have questions or queries they are unbelievably responsive, I would recommend an account with Anna to anyone , they're brilliant 👏
