Fantastic support service - very quick, clear and efficient. Makes all the difference! Thanks to Mike and the team - excellent support and customer service.

FreeAgent's customer service is impeccable. I had a few errors setting up my Freeagent account and their customer service team talked me through all of the necessary steps to get up and running. The team knew exactly what to do and weren't reading off an automated script. I am really blown away by how helpful this software is and to top things off I just received a hand written letter from Simon and a pair of socks in the mail! 10 star customer service. I would strongly recommend all small businesses get on Freeagent, I wish I had done it many years ago.

Their immediate response to my enquiry was absolutely clear and precise which is not the usual case with software/app suppliers.

Easy to use but terrible if there's issues. My banking feed loses connection once a year and each time I have to fight with my accountant to get FreeAgent to take any action. FreeAgent refuse to speak directly with me. It's a nightmare. I'm trying to run a business and instead I'm dealing with their out of date API issues and poor infomation on connecting to banks. Their information and instructions have been out of date for 3 years now. Sick of telling them. Actually considering changing accountants so I don't have to deal with FreeAgent!

I've seen your response and it would be great if I had the option to speak to your "help team" but I have to go via my accountant. You refused to contact me directly. Now I'm having to move to a new accountant so thanks for nothing FreeAgent!

Ive used Freeagent since 2016 and wouldn’t ever change to one of the ‘free but poo’ ones. I sincerely doubt any of the other softwares can do what they do any better but then again we find what does the best and stick with it which is pretty much why the entire company has MacBook Pros and macs/ipads.

Early days with freeagent but excellent so far. Easy to use intuitive package with incredibly helpful customer services

So, 'making tax digital' was never going to be easy for me and I approached it with trepidation. Accounts are not my strongpoint and prior to this everything has been done for me by my accountant but I have to say that FreeAgent has made the whole thing do-able.
Yes I had a few hiccups which the FreeAgent support team were able to help me with and special thanks to Mike who was able to help me through my bafflement! I'm still new to FreeAgent so I still have had to do a quarterly report yet but I'm confident that A) I'll probably manage that myself because it looks pretty straightforward and B) If I do encounter a hitch the support team will have my back. Thanks to all at FreeAgent, it's a great piece of kit!!

The support is fantastic. This company blows Sage out of the water for a small business user. Recommended

FreeAgent provides an excellent customer support service, which is particularly important to me as a non-finance professional performing a finance role for a charity. If a query is beyond the scope of the robot, one is quickly direct to a human support agent with no drama or resistance. The agents' product knowledge is first class and is sympathetic to, and patient with, the knowledge and experience of the Customer.

Thank god for this company, I decided not to use an accountant for tax returns and do it myself. After many stressful days of trying to work out other major accounting software platforms I eventually ended up on freeagent (after asking google for the simplest accountancy software to use). Freeagent did not disappoint - it is by far the easiest to use that I have tried, it makes everything effortless for someone with no clue like myself. My stress has lifted!

FreeAgent is user-friendly, and the app is useful too. It does take a while for your transactions to show up in the feed; nevertheless, it's not overwhelming, and it's very good for freelancers.I recommend it.

The webinar tutorials are too fast, especially if you are new to this.

There is no practice time to try.

Although it looks good and feels good, it is taking a while to understand the basics

The problem was understood and a solution was given and I am satisfied with both the time responce and the quality of the answer. Support also understood the tax requirements too which was helpful.

So far good. Can be a bit tricky to get your head around some the functions, but does everything I need for a small business accounting

The software is very easy to use and understands, you can automate most things like bank feeds which really makes a big difference.
Excellent and very competent costumer service. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about any customer service before but I’ve been truly impressed about the expertise on the other and of the line. No AI nonsense real experienced and expert people advise and help. Never rushed and never impatient, even when talking you through the steps for 6th time.
Can be a little wait to get through but most days it’s less than three minutes.
I’ve never regretted I started this online software 15 years ago, before most other softwares were even online. Thank you! A special thank you to Veronica!
