J ai voulu retourner ma commande car les articles taillent vraiment trop petits : j ai fait la demande de retour sur le site sans obtenir de reponses puis plusieurs mails sans reponse. Bilan j ai depense 300 euros en pure perte. Ce n est pas etonnant qu ils ne prennent pas le paiement paypal car la ils auraient ete contraints a me rembourser. Site A FUIR !!

Order was received back on the 10th June and advised refund would be made within 5 working days. It's now the 23rd June, almost 2 weeks since and no refund received. I first e-mailed Maap on the 17th june and was advised that my return wasn't back yet, despite reciving a POD from maap confirming it had been received on the 10th. I then chased for an update on the 19th, and again today, but still waiting for a response, with no option to call. In future i'll stick to more established brands with a better service.

Hurtig levering. Den ene trøje var for lille, det var nemt at oprette en returordre og de havde allerede sendt en større størrelse afsted uden merbetaling før jeg havde sendt den første retur. Super god hurtig service.

Below expectations. This is my SECOND warranty claim on the same product line — Team Bib Evo Cargo bibs tore after only ~5 rides, exactly like the first pair. For a premium-priced product positioned as race/endurance kit, that build quality is unacceptable.

I requested a full refund to my original payment method. Instead I was offered a €155 store gift card, which effectively forces me to spend more money with a brand whose durability I no longer trust. A choice between gift card and actual refund would have been the fair outcome.

I will be sharing my experience with my cycling community to warn other riders. Until the durability of the Team Bib Evo Cargo is genuinely fixed, I cannot recommend this product. Two failures in a row is not a fluke, it is a pattern.

The product look very good and feel very good. Unfortunately they don´t last as long as they should considering the premium price.
If you buy at a certain (high) price and you are a frequent cyclist, you expect the products to last for some time.
Instead my BIB shorts lasted less than one season.

Do not do it. Terrible customer service. No responses on email, no delivery. Just sitting with my money? Such a bizarre way to operate a business? Totally sucks.

Was a bit sceptical to order because of the reviews, but chose to order anyway. Ordered two jackets from Maap on Sunday, received on Wednesday (Netherlands to Denmark). Quick delivery and nice items. Would definitely order from Maap again!

I have numerous items from MAAP but their quality is extremely inconsistent a pair of bib shorts have failed on the stitching, but their customer service is awful. At the "premium" price point they are aiming for the service and quality needs to be better. There are much better brands out there and the number of review saying the same thing is becoming apparent.

Claiming my return was not received by the warehouse despite tracking showing it has been delivered and DPD confirming it was, when I phoned to check directly with them.

0 customer service, help or management response.

They not only have no respect for consumer rights but do not reply to live chats, emails or phone calls.

It's been over 2 months and if I ever do get through to someone (always the same person) on live chat they simply say "the warehouse doesn't have the return" and will not help me any further.

I have been told multiple times that management will be in touch from Australia but they do not get in touch or reply to emails.

Love my MAAP clothing (both cycling wear and the off-bike range). Have bought from them multiple times and they've always arrived quickly, with high quality finishes. Returns have been easy too. Always look forward to their Black Friday sales.

If they want to be a premium brand, they need to have better customer support, and care more for their customers.
When you pay for the goods, you don't exist for them anymore, they just don't want to help, no way.
And price is too high for the quality but that is a different story.
I am done with MAAP, for good.

I ordered a sweat shirt and everything is fine except the next is way too small, it is 2 inches smaller than the last one I purchased from them in size Med, and smaller than any other brand I have owned IN THE NECK - Meaning this is not a sizing issue on my part it is a manufacturing issue. I sent this this message -

Good day, this is not a sizing problem, the sleeves and length are perfect and exactly the same as the other maap med I have. It is a defect of manufacturing around the neck, that seam is totally in a different location and the opening is almost 2 inches smaller, I do not know how much more clear I can be.

They insist it is not a problem and I have to buy a larger size which I do not need, the arms, shoulders and length are plenty big. They refuse to accept this is a manufacturing defect.

Worst customer service I've experienced from an online store. I love the designs and colors but will never buy from them again due to their lack of customer support and their e-commerce site is a nightmare. They need to do a better job of retaining purchase history and returns and payment methods etc. Lots of work needs to be done on their site. This is not one time experience but multiple returns and issues through the last year.

I purchased the women's short Team Bib Evo and there is virtually zero padding in the chamois. On a 130km ride I felt like my sit bones were directly on the seat with no protection. I have a winter MAAP Bib Tight that is really protective and comfortable which is why I bought a summer version. Unfortunately the difference between the two is stark and it's clear to see just by looking at them. I communicated my experience to MAAP and they told me I was imagining it and the two were the same.

Overpriced. See through bibs. Poor customer service. Don’t even reply.

I bought a jersey and have been in transit ever since I purchased it. Have contacted the customer service several times requesting for my money back since I’ve never received the jersey and continue in transit but they never replied.
So the have literally stolen £140 from me.

I ordered a full set, very expensive and that would be ok if the fabric wouldn't rip at the seam after 1 ride.
it's been >2 months and customer service STILL hasn't gotten back to me... very shit experience for this type of company. Not buying again

Je mets un doute sur la qualité de leurs cuissards notamment du Training bib 3.0 que j’ai pu acheté à la bonne taille. En l’ajustant avec mes doigts donc ongles, le tissu s’est rompu et j’ai un trou en plein dans la cuisse. La demande de garantie a été refusée pour ce motif d’accrochage. Je trouve ça désolant qu’un cuissard 250€ ne tient pas sa promesse. Mes autres cuissards n’ont jamais eu ça. Une marque à fuir pour un rapport qualité / prix décevant.

The products are good; however, customer service is nonexistent. I ordered an item to be shipped to Switzerland, and not only was I charged double tax (EU VAT + Swiss import), but they also haven't responded to any emails for two weeks. Now I'd like to make a return, but again, radio silence. I've been buying their products since they weren't even represented in Europe, directly from Australia, and it all used to go smoothly. However, it's now a complete disaster. Save your time and money and buy from other retailers.
