Sehr schöne Designs, die Lieferzeit ist länger, aber die Trikots sitzen super. Kurzfristige Änderungen der Bestellung war problemlos möglich, sehr netter Kundenservice!

Customer service is unfortunately non existent and far from helpful. Sizing is all over the place and if you need to return this process is made borderline impossible.

Quality despite what they say is also below expectations. Stick to brands with positive reviews you may pay a little more but you get the quality and service levels if the product isnt to your liking.

Very poor company to deal with. Clearly states on their website that processing times are 0-7 days and delivery dates 5-12 days. From other reviews and my expereince this is not the case. It is 5.5 weeks now since I ordered a jersey and it still hasn't arrived. I have requested a refund due to the delay and have been given a range of excuses but no refund has been processed. The quality of thr garments seems reasonable for the price but the very poor customer service I have experienced means that I won't be ordering from Noman Velo again.

Ich hab zwei Trikots und eine Hose bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war (wie erwartet) sehr lange, zudem kam alles einzeln mit über einer Woche Abstand statt in einem Paket.
Trikots und Hose fühlen sich gut an und die Designs sehen gut aus. Wie üblich bei chinesischen Firmen hab ich eine Größe größer genommen als üblich.
Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: An den Trikots fehlt mir eine Tasche mit Reißverschluss und silikonstreifen an den Ärmeln. An sich haben die Ärmel eine gute Länge, aber sie rutschen direkt hoch.

Ordered a couple of long sleeve jerseys, price was good, shipping was reasonable to Australia. I checked their size guide and opted to go up a size from what i usually am and the fit is good. The jerseys dont ride up at the back which is one of my bug bears about jerseys, but these are great, good size pockets and even the wife said they both look nice. I would buy from this company again

Recently got the Dark Fractal Jersey, great colour and I’ve gotten used to the fit and pocket dimensions and placement very quickly!

Super Auswahl, gute Qualität, wichtig ist das mal auf jeden Fall die Größentabelle checkt und dann auch noch nach misst!
Lieferdauer ist ein bisschen lang. Aber das macht sich durch den fairen Preis direkt wieder wett. Würde da Trikots noch einmal bestellen wenn ich keinen Zeitdruck habe!

Everything worked smoothly. The products were as promised and delivery was fast ! Really liked the feeling of the jerseys. Would recommend maybe sizing up as they are pretty tight !

I ordered seven items in different sizes because it was my first, and absolutely last, time buying from Nomad Velo. Yes, the website and clothing look very appealing, which is exactly how they hooked me.

After placing my order, the first item did not ship for nearly three weeks. From there, the remaining items arrived one by one over the course of seven weeks. Once everything finally arrived, nothing fit according to their sizing guide except the socks, so I needed to return the entire order.

I assumed their advertised 100-day return policy meant the return process would be simple. It is not.

You have to email them just to request a return form. Their first response asked me to send pictures of every item and explain why I wanted to return them, despite their website stating, “We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind.”

In their second email, they offered me approximately 10% of my purchase price—about $30 on an order totaling more than $300—to keep everything. They still did not send the return form.

Their third email asked for pictures again. At that point, I told them to stop wasting my time and send the form. They finally did, and it was nothing more than a basic sheet of paper with a few lines to complete. They once again offered the $30 credit if I would just keep the items.

After completing the form, they asked me to send proof of shipment. Keep in mind that the return address is in China. You are responsible for the return shipping, customs paperwork, and associated fees. It cost me another $50 just to send everything back.

I am now waiting to see whether I actually receive a refund, which I am not confident will happen.

One final warning about the favorable reviews: I received an email offering a free jersey if I posted a positive review on Trustpilot, copied it, and sent it back to them. That should tell you everything you need to know about how much confidence to place in some of those reviews.

Buy your cycling clothing somewhere else. Do not get pulled in by the polished website and attractive photos like I did.

Ordered 2 items early June , complained about delay - received some sort of AI reply that they were exceptionally busy, one item now arrived but other told order shipped 12 July, now 21st July and tracking status just says 'pending' - memo to self - always read reviews on a company you haven't used before

Amazing quality and fair prices, only negative is shipping time (1 month+) and the 4 items i bought were split into 4 individual packages. However with this in mind, buying in advance before you need it, the shipping time is no issue and certainly doesnt outweigh the quality or price.

Awesome jerseys with great a great fit and range of colours! Shipping was a bit slow but for the price these jerseys are hard to beat.

Firstly, I didn't expect that I'd have to wait several weeks for a single top to turn up. Second, throughout that time I repeatedly requested updates which never happened. Third? Definitely go up in size! I'm a very normal medium with most well known brands but this was very very small. Finally, the garment was OK but not that wonderful but accept the price mark wouldn't compare to the quality brands. Couldn't be bothered even remotely thinking of applying for a swap. Gifted it to my much smaller younger daughter. Not going back for more.

Buying cycling jerseys online from a brand I wasn't familiar with felt like a bit of a risk, particularly with kit branded "unisex" (I'm a female cyclist and cycling kit designed for guys generally doesn't fit me!) but I genuinely liked Nomad Vélo's advertising (that's rare!) and the designs were unlike any I had seen before.
I bought 3 short-sleeved and 2 long-sleeved jerseys and love them all. Despatch was fast, delivery to the UK was impressively quick and, when I needed to exchange for sizing reasons, the customer service was first class - fast, friendly, helpful, efficient. I would advise to check the size charts carefully for the specific item and size up if in doubt, particularly on (short-sleeved) jersey length.

Great buying experience! Too much models to choose. Nice quality..
