This is a great place to stay. The facilities are clean and laid out well. The manager is very responsive.

Really great platform, the apartment I have was furnished way more than expected, with plates, tons of cooking ware, utensils, bath towels and toiletries, WiFi, 2 beds with bed sheets, three smart TVs, I really am so happy with it.

My property had some damages and when I went to Landing to let them know, they acknowledged them immediately. I am very happy with my experience

Access was easy & accessible. Apartment and modern amenities exactly as described. Host was available & accommodating. Parking and security is top tier. Walking distance to brewery and stadium. Will definitely recommend to colleagues and friends. Will use landing for my other upcoming stays.

Ren was extremely helpful. He took a stressful situation for me and was able to come up with a solution for me. He was very supportive and kind. It was a great experience overall.

Beyond the housing, their local people are beyond great. We had a personal note along with snacks and a box of necessities waiting in the apartment. The local folks, like Laith in Richmond, VA, works hard to make your stay very pleasant.

My stay was for 3 days and the little welcome kit had all the essentials needed. The only thing I think they should consider including in the welcome kit is salt and pepper. The complex is beautiful and the unit was clean and cozy.

This is a beautiful facility. The reservation and arrival process was excellent. We had problems accessing the gate with the code. Also, the trash pickup was initially problematic but was resolved successful. We did not use the recreation facility. It was not clear how to gain access since our latch key did not work. However, none of these issues changes our happiness with our apartment.

Amanda with the Landing was an awesome manager at the property we stayed at very helpful and responsive.

I've stayed in many Landing apartments, I prefer Market Square Tower because Linhchi the Hospitality Manager always makes you feel welcome, I've sent many requests to her and she always gets back to me promptly and actions my requests with immediate effect. Couldn't ask for any more, she's an asset to Landing. The apartments always ready and very clean.

It's been an excellent alternative and almost all positive. The check in and day to day has been great. Parking has been great too. The pre-arrival clean I would call good. It could be better and wouldn't be hard to be better. But overall very happy to have joined Landing. I travel a lot and the various hotels that are available aren't worth staying in. This is a great option, and I have 2 more trips books with Landing now.

I cannot recommend Umida R, enough! From day one, her communication has been prompt, clear, and professional. Any time an issue or maintenance request comes up, she has it handled immediately and with a great attitude.
She truly cares about the property and the people living there. It is rare to find someone so organized, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I feel fortunate to have Umida on my side when I need help. She is a true professional and she has gone above and beyond to make my stay perfect, even when I required help during non-business hours such as evenings and weekends. Thank you Umida!

I had a family fabulous experience, renting with the Landing at the Preston Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona for the summer. They were very professional and easy to work with. Always available and assisted us with any questions we had. Our unit was also perfect. We will definitely be renting with them again. The GM Lora Teeter went above and beyond to help us throughout our experience. Excellent service !!!

Great management and service

I was looking for a temporary place to stay for a couple months while moving to Colorado Springs, and Landing made my move seamless. The complete experience was excellent. From booking (very simple), check-in, getting access setup and the checkout. I had some small requests during the stay and Jocelyn was always there to make sure everything was right. She was extremely prompt in responding even off working hours. She was definitely a big part of making my stay extremely pleasant.

I was very well cared for by Brendan-/truly on top of it all—from check-in to check-out—all details were achieved. Looking forward to getting back. No doubt, I’ll be in touch with Brendan. Thanks to all

I stay once or twice a month for work. It's my home away from home. It's a great property well maintained and clean. For me it's the location, right off 75 but close enough to everything else.

Landings cannot control what happens within an apartment community.. but they have always been super speedy and responsive in dealing with any issues we've had here in Atlanta. We have had an incredible experience.

I’m so thankful to have found Landing. I love the location in Jenks. There’s literally everything conveniently located to the complex. The apartment is cozy with all the amenities one would need on a daily basis. My contact Ashton is always so helpful with anything I need or questions I have. I would recommend Landing 100%!!

This is my third Landing stay and I’ve been at this property (4415 Chestnut) for 3-months. The units are well furnished, clean and the building amenities are great. Natalie is an excellent building manager, who is extremely responsive and gets things done. I recommend this facility to anyone visiting the Philadelphia area.
