I needed a rental for a few months, but not a year. Ministays made this awkward length time frame so much easier to find a rental. It was way cheaper than other sites, as they don't charge fees, and they were very responsive. The host was also great. Will be using them again and telling my friends about them.

Bot. Not real persons. Not able to remove ad - they have to do it!! After the bot said WE could do it. Ad on the site is not REAL and they have NOT removed it.
Shame!

Ministays has been great to work with, and in one of the most difficult hurdles, they gave us a safe place to shelter in the storm. They are professional and very easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of my family.

A great experience, would highly recommend it for extended stays, it was clean and convenient. Easier and less expensive than using Airbnb. Had everything you need, will reuse it again.
