Fast and helpful customer service

Easily resolved. Felt understood. My questions were answered. The customer service experience was satisfactory for me.

Louise was super helpful with validating and producing next steps for a weird problem I was having. I have clear next steps if it happens again, and she noted the info for if this happens again for other folks at Dialpad.

This makes call tracking super efficient and easy! It's accurate and I hardly ever have glitches in the system. It runs smoothly and works exactly how you program it. Highly recommend!

**Terrible experience.**

We signed up for an account, and the salesperson told us we first needed to purchase the Pro plan and then upgrade to Essentials because “that’s how it works” at their company. Maybe that’s how he gets two commissions.

We signed up and paid, then called to upgrade. Suddenly, they told us we should have purchased the Essentials plan from the beginning.

After a 45-minute call, during which they kept trying to convince us to buy another package instead of simply charging us the difference, a manager finally agreed to charge us only the difference.

Then we moved on to onboarding. After about an hour of onboarding, we found out that our industry is not even allowed to send SMS through their system.

Crazy, right? But wait.

We cancelled the account on August 18, and as of September 2, we still have not received our refund. They keep telling us we will receive it within 48 hours.

Stay away, guys. I’ll keep you posted.

I tried to get the pricing, demo and get someone to get in touch with me to purchase the phone number for days now, no aswers, no email no response.
It doesn't look like a good company to me.

Extraordinary app for daily work

It's a good app, with a good phone app.

I was on a trial, the platform performed terribly. I could not make any calls, as the call quality was terrible, dropped out, periods of silence.

I attempted to cancel my trial from the last daty notice sent by Dialapd, but they did not cancel. I have paid an annual subscription, and no one will respond to my queries.

DO NOT sign up for a trial. It is not a trial its an annual subscription you will be charged for in 7 days.

I've found Dialpad really helpful when it comes to handling customer interactions and calls. The interface is straightforward, so it's easy to make and receive calls without having to go through a lot of steps. Having customer information and call-related tools readily available also makes conversations smoother, especially when handling multiple customers throughout the day.

One of the things I find most useful is how easy it is to keep track of calls and interactions. It helps make sure that important details aren't missed and makes it easier to follow up when needed. Overall, it makes the whole calling process feel more organized and less time-consuming.

The WFM feature is another part that I find very useful. Being able to easily check schedules, shifts, and other work-related information helps me manage my time better and know what I need to prioritize for the day. It also makes it easier to stay aware of my schedule without having to constantly ask for updates.

As an employee, I think Dialpad makes the day-to-day workflow much easier. It keeps communication and scheduling in one place, which helps me stay organized and focus more on the actual customer rather than spending time figuring out the tools I'm using.
