I was searching for a business phone carrier I could rely on from anywhere in the world particularly while traveling between Paris, France and my company's headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Quo lets me place and receive calls on a U.S. number from anywhere with an internet connection, which was the deciding factor for me.
I asked Claude AI to compare Grasshopper, RingCentral, and Quo, and that comparison helped guide me toward the right choice for my needs. At this price point, I'm excited about the room it gives me to grow my team. I was able to choose my own number, which now serves as my company's main line.
Thanks to their app, I can pick up calls from either my phone or my laptop, a level of flexibility that fits perfectly with how I work. Sona, their AI receptionist, does an excellent job engaging callers, asking what service they're calling about, and collecting their name and phone number so we can call them back when we're available. Overall, the platform has been intuitive and easy to use from day one. Great job Quo.

When we look at a service we often overlook the value of 'support' - especially when you reach out to them and you own 100% of the error. That was me. I overlooked a step and reached out to see what could be done. My encounter with the support 'bot' was encouraging - no hassle, understood I needed a 'real' person intervention and made it happen. Sam followed up. The communication was professional and the fix was fast. More importantly, I was treated with respect and not made to feel like just another customer who messed up.

I made a few 'rookie' errors that led to a some challenges getting our toll-free number registered. The Quo team were very kind and helpful.

It was easy to set up, very functional and can be upscaled as you need. It's attached to my email and call quality is great.

QUO proved our business that they are totally worth and not only for their service but their customer care. I reached for a difficult problem, stressed and at the middle of an important business decision, and they were there to solve what our business required to make it possible. I was sincerely amazed for their efficiency to make things happen. There is no doubt that we will keep using their services.

So far I love the service and I had the opportunity to work with the customer service. They were understanding that I didn’t know what I missed. They helped me quickly.

In only a couple weeks, this product has changed the way we work and handle calls. We're a small home services contractor and it allows everyone on our team to see calls on the main line, respond to them, and delegate tasks. We especially like the "call flow" capabilities. We're a small team of 5, but having Quo gives our customers the impression that we have a full time office staff complete with assistants and receptionists and makes them feel very well taken care of. When we eventually do hire on an office person, quo will make plugging them into our system almost seamless. So far I'm loving Quo and it definitely feels like an upgrade overall from a standard cell phone carrier.

I did a lot of research and tried a couple options before settling on Quo.. The biggest differentiator was the extreme ease and speed of setup.. I had a live working number in about 10 minutes! Add to that , just the tools a small business needs with plenty of features but none of the bloat. If you are looking for a quick, effective solution, you should try Quo

Everything went smooth through the implementation process. Porting a number was easy, apps and website are user friendly. Notifications of setup progress was timely.

Best "phone" I ever had for the sales process. What I like:
-Ability to use it on multiple phones and even PCs at once
-Transcript available immediately after the call, I use it to generate tasks for leads
-AI to answer the phone and being able to reply reasonable answers according to my previous calls

They replied quickly and help sort out problems on both ends and I would recommend anyone who is starting a business to use this app. Use your personal phone and have a business number. So 1 phone instead of using two phones.

The phone service is really the finest I have seen so far for IP telephoney and I have been a software dev for telephony since i wrote Dialogic PSTN server software in 1998 so i know my stuff. this is really good firm!

I just set up the app. It’s incredibly intuitive to use and set up. Just waiting on my service provider to port my number.

We have been using Quo for a few years, and it is an essential part of our business. We have dedicated lines for key team members, and a general number for sales and customer service.

The ability to log in and take calls on multiple devices, and share the responsibility to take calls across my team, means that we can be faster and more responsive for our clients.

The call quality has been great, somehow we have integrated the contacts with out CRM ... so nice

My only criticism, is that Quo, like every other tech company, wants to though their creepy AI agent to everything/anything. and they seem so proud of a less than useful thing. Yuck! Robots scare away customers.

But, you dont have to turn that part on. Which is nice.
