Spent £245 for their trainers that arrived faulty (cut on the big toe). Followed their policy for returns of faulty items and was completely ignored. I had to start chargeback dispute through my bank. Autry contacted me to say they want me to destroy the shoes and then they will provide the refund. Funny thing is that is not their policy. Their policy is providing a customer with prepaid label for the items to be sent back and then refund. I am shocked and devastated. I’ve no shoes and no money now and have to be now patient for the lengthy process the dispute may take. Don’t buy from them. If I’ve seen their reviews before I would never bought from them.

SNEAKERS MEDALIST 'LOVE' IN PELLE BIANCA E ROSSA euro 195!! il pacco non mi è mai stato recapitato e dalle foto effettuata dal corriere si evince che è stato recapitato sopra le cassette della posta, ma la foto non è nitida e il pacco in foto potrebbe essere stato di chiunque.Inoltre avevo chiesto la consegna senza firma, cosa che puntualmente richiedo, e prima di tale data, non è mai successo niente.Ho evidenziato la problematica sia al customer autry che al customer DHL, i quali si sono attenuti solamente a rispondermi circa la consegna ma mai alla foto in questione, tuttora sono in attesa di un riscontro, e tuttora sono ancora in attesa di ricevere il mio pacco.Inoltre prima di ricevere riscontro dal customer autry via email, ho effettuato una chiamata per spiegare meglio la situazione alla Sig. ra Camilla, ma dall'altra parte del telefono mi sarei aspettata una persona più gentile e predisposta al dialogo, non una persona frettolosa di riagganciare e molto scocciata.Sicuramente non acquisterò mai più presso il sito se questo è il trattamento!

Ich habe Schuhe bestellt, die mir bereits in einem nicht einwandfreien Zustand geliefert wurden. Die von Autry später beanstandeten Gebrauchsspuren stammen definitiv nicht von mir. Ich habe die Schuhe nicht getragen und noch nicht einmal anprobiert. Sie wurden von mir in genau dem Zustand zurückgesendet, in dem ich sie erhalten hatte.
Umso unverständlicher und ärgerlicher ist es für mich, dass anschließend versucht wurde, die Rückerstattung mit Hinweis auf diese Gebrauchsspuren zu verweigern bzw. einzuschränken. Eine solche Vorgehensweise halte ich für völlig inakzeptabel.
Als Kunde erwarte ich bei einem als neu bestellten Produkt, dass dieses auch neu, ungetragen und in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert wird. Wenn ein Produkt bereits bei Lieferung Mängel oder Gebrauchsspuren aufweist, kann diese Verantwortung nicht nachträglich auf den Kunden übertragen werden.
Besonders enttäuschend war zudem der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Statt das Problem kundenorientiert und unkompliziert zu lösen, musste ich mehrfach deutlich machen, dass ich für einen Zustand, den ich nicht verursacht habe, selbstverständlich keine finanzielle Verantwortung übernehmen werde.
Mein Fazit: Von der Qualität der Abwicklung und insbesondere vom Kundenservice bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich hätte von einer Marke wie Autry einen deutlich professionelleren und kundenorientierteren Umgang erwartet.
Für mich ist entscheidend: Ich habe die Schuhe weder getragen noch beschädigt. Die beanstandeten Gebrauchsspuren waren bereits bei Erhalt vorhanden. Eine entsprechende Rückerstattung hätte daher aus meiner Sicht selbstverständlich und ohne weitere Diskussion erfolgen müssen. Somit sind 255 EUR nicht erstattet worden!
Leider kann ich Autry aufgrund dieser Erfahrung absolut nicht weiterempfehlen sondern rate dringend davon ab auf der Homepage etwas zu bestellen!

Son una empresa adquirida por un grupo inversor italiano que vende zapatos remasterizados bajo calidades pésimas. El servicio al cliente no se hace cargo de deterioros que surgen a las pocas semanas de uso, y hablo de 4 usos. Una vergüenza.

Magnifique chaussures, cependant portées 2 jours et déjà le "cuir" de l'oeillet commence a se craqueler. Pour une paire à 185€ c'est inadmissible. La qualité n'est pas au rdv.

ho ordinato un paio di sneakers Autry pensando fosse un sito ufficiale, l'addebito della carta di credito avviene dalla società SHOOES. L'ordine non è mai arrivato!

Sono un grande fan del
Marchio ma sono deluso da un modello in particolare: le

Pagate 255€ sul sito ufficiale,neanche dopo due anni si sono letteralmente rovinate,pur avendole sempre trattate benissimo e NON utilizzate di frequente.
Non riesco nemmeno a piazzarle su Vinted,nonostante siano rare e fuori produzione.
È proprio un difetto della lena super vintage?

ho acquistato il 22 luglio 2026 un paio di scarpe. immediatamente ho ricevuto una mail di conferma dell'acquisto e il giorno successivo la fattura da RIMA Clothing. ho inviato un sollecito per capire i tempi di spedizione e non rispondono alla mail. ho provato a telefonare al numero che è presente nella mail di conferma ma mi ha risposto un privato olandese. HO PERSO SPERANZA E SOLDI.......

Horrible customer service.
Spent $400 on shoes. They sent me the wrong shoes - totally different product than what was ordered.
When processing a return they were entirely unhelpful. Never sent me barcode despite several requests. It was their error in sending the wrong product and they made it my problem - my responsibility to return. They told me to figure it out with DHL to return. Dhl requires their approval so I can’t do it without them. Nearest Dhl service point is 2 hours away. They didn’t send me the correct shoes, didn’t offer to fix their mistake, wasted so much of my time with no resolve.

Do NOT purchase their product.

Ich habe mir Autry-Sneaker gekauft und war bezüglich der Qualität extrem enttäuscht: Nach gerade einmal vier Monaten normaler Alltagsnutzung ist das Leder an der Seite aufgerissen.

Obwohl die Sohle des Schuhs noch nahezu neuwertig ist und kaum Gebrauchsspuren zeigt – was die normale Nutzung eindeutig beweist –, lehnt der Kundenservice jegliche Gewährleistung ab. Mir wurde ohne jegliche Begründung „unsachgemäßer Gebrauch“ und „starker Verschleiß“ unterstellt.

Auf meine ausführliche E-Mail mit Beweisfotos und dem Hinweis auf das gesetzliche EU-Gewährleistungsrecht reagierte der Support (selbst die angeblich höhere Ebene) schlichtweg mit zwei Mal exakt demselben vorgefertigten englischen Textbaustein. Auf die Fotos oder sachlichen Argumente wurde mit keinem Wort eingegangen.

Für eine Marke in diesem Preissegment ist das nicht nur eine enttäuschende Produktqualität, sondern ein absolut inakzeptabler Umgang mit Kunden und gesetzlichen Verbraucherrechten. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

Ho due paia di Autry, le uso molto spesso
Un paio ha un anno il secondo lo presi 7 mesi fa
E sinceramente non capisco le persone che gli si scuce la pelle o altre problematiche di qualità.
Io mi ci trovo benissimo e non ho mai avuto problemi con la qualità del prodotto

Salve, dopo neanche sei mesi la pelle si è tagliata. Premetto che avrò indossato queste scarpe una ventina di volte. Ho anche pensato che potessero essere non originali...però leggendo le altre recensioni capisco che i problemi sono reali e probabilmente la qualità è pessima. Non provo nemmeno a contattare il servizio clienti visto quanto scritto dagli altri. Mai più!!!

Durata della scarpa 3 mesi..dopodiché le cuciture si rompono e le scarpe si aprono letteralmente..qualità bassissima

2 things: When ordering the Autry Medalist sneaker for men, I was under the impression the shoes were true to size-not true. The shoe was too tight. Second, after wearing around the house for 2 days to break in, my feet hurt so bad, so I returned. Not only did they deny my refund, they required me to send money if I wanted the shoes returned. This is a sham company operating as a luxury brand. The customer service was terrible, the shoes were terrible. I doubt they will last long in the US. Buyer beware! $250 mistake but I let them keep their garbage. Also, the tongue of the shoe isn’t even stitched together - leaving the foam exposed-they wouldn’t hold up well for the long term.

Il servizio clienti è pessimo, fate attenzione perché non accettano i resi accampando motivazioni totalmente irragionevoli. La loro policy non tutela l'acquirente in alcun modo, una volta effettuato l'acquisto siete OBBLIGATI a tenere il prodotto. Difficoltà logistiche, maleducazione e zero diritti concessi al cliente.
Da evitare assolutamente.

Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen. Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht von den schlechten Rezensionen beeinflussen lassen und die Schuhe trotzdem gekauft. Die Qualität ist hervorragend, sie sind sehr bequem und passen perfekt. Ich trage sie regelmäßig und bin absolut zufrieden. Manchmal lohnt es sich, sich selbst ein Bild zu machen – für mich war der Kauf definitiv die richtige Entscheidung.

Acquistate scarpe dal sito, dopo nemmeno un anno, usate per di più pochissimo, un passante dei lacci si è strappato. Ho contattato l’azienda con relative foto dimostrative ma mi è stato risposto che la rottura è data dalla mia incuria, io che non li allaccio nemmeno e sono un maniaco della cura delle scarpe. Insomma, sono belle ma non valgono quei soldi e poi quale made in Venezia😂😂😂
