This company is terrible. They find any reason they can to deny a claim and when they do cover something, they send out the worst technicians they can find!

From the time I called Choice, they were on the ball at setting up an appointment &getting the job done. Very knowledgeable and cordial service/repair man. He was in and out in a jiffy. From the other reviews, including an old one from myself, Choice must have done a clean sweep of their company and tossed out the bad employees, etc.

Nothing was covered by the home warranty even to get my replacement parts, I need to do it myself, makes no sense.

My problem is not solved yet.tecnician told me coming between 5 to 5.30. after 7.30 I send msg answer I am with my friend having dinner.i will be there in 25min or in am.came around 9pm outlet problem but don't have outlet with him get visit fee from me say I am going to buy outlet.never come no massage.still no time when he is coming today

I submitted a claim on my cell phone and got quick results. I am surprised but satisfied of the quickness of the process. This is my first claim experience.

The individual I felt with in purchasing this coverage was knowledgable, polite, very friendly, informative, and non-pressured. I have yet to experience the actual working of the policy in that there is a 30 day waiting period. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating.

Technician arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue with my oven. Parts are on order and will set up appointment to install once they are in.

This company is terrible, I needed AC fixed, weather here is reaching temperatures of 110, and they continued to give me the run around for a month and never fixed the AC unit. They can be very convincing, but it was one broken promise after another, my sister is/was going through the same thing with this company, I have since cancelled their services, and highly DO NOT recommend them. Also Sears contractors that they do business with are terrible as well, they are not knowledgeable about fixing anything, some of the things I had to figure out myself, go with this company at your own risk

This company is the worst. DO NOT USE! They do not do what they say, takes days to get someone out, people answering phone are the worst. Wont pay claims. Use any company but them!!!! DO NOT USE or you will get burned!

The response time from filing my claim was acceptable given a part had to be ordered. However, the time to decide what to do was too long and I had to make several calls to expedite the claim. I accepted the offer to replace my washer but have been informed it could take 30 days to receive the e cards from Lowes. Being without a washing machine for 30 days in unacceptable. Is Choice Home warranty going to reimburse me for the money I have and will have to spend at the laundry mat?

Purchased my policy on Monday at about noon. At noon on Thursday I recieve a solicitation from CHW CEO offering 105.75 credit and 1 month free. No qualifications listed.
I called and when I spoke to 3rd person I was give Qualifications for this offer. I was not given this offer and consider this false and deceiving.
The resource manager was polite but could or would not help.
