Great timing of services
The service was incredible. I didn't need much help, but Lucina from Spacest.com could see my online activity at the portal and was proactively contacting me at the time of my activity, offering help with my booking, which is cool. Also the agency charges less for their services than a lot of others. Booking process itself was quite smooth and straightforward.

Caution de 800 euros non rendue
Caution de 800 euros non rendue. J'ai loué une chambre en colocation via spacest pour un mois (juin 2026). J'ai viré comme demandé par le site l'argent de la caution d'un montant de 800 euros directement au propriétaire qui à ce jour (le 20 juillet) n'a toujours pas procédé au remboursement. Il ne répond pas à mes messages. Et Spacest ne répond plus non plus sur whatsapp. Inutile de préciser que j'ai laissé la chambre nickel propre. Je suis très inquiète.

Nous souhaitons également vous informer que, selon la législation locale et les conditions du contrat de location, les propriétaires disposent parfois d'un délai légal pour procéder au remboursement du dépôt de garantie après la fin de la location. Il est donc possible que le remboursement prenne un peu plus de temps que prévu.
Cela étant dit, nous serons heureux d'examiner votre situation spécifique et de vous accompagner afin de nous assurer que tout soit traité correctement.
