Good personal assistance
What made my experience so great was Fabio's assistance. He had a lot of patience with me and walked me through the whole process. In my opinion the platform is not very transparent with the security deposits that are required once you go into the payment process though. I haven't been to my room yet so I cannot review my experience in regards to that but for now my experience with the platform is good!
