Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak opisuje nove epotilon derivate opste formule (I) u kojoj znace R4 vodonik, C1-C10-alkil, aril, C7-C20-aralkil, R5 vodonik, C1-C10-alkil, aril, C7-C10-aralkil, R6 i R7 po vodonik, zajedno dodatnu vezu ili atom kiseonika, R8 metil grupu ili vodonik, kao i da stoje X za 2-piridil, 2-metil-4-tiazolil ili 2-metil-oksazolil ostatak ili jednovremeno R1a i R1b zajedno za trimetilen grupu, R2 za metil, etil ili propil grupu kao i X za 2-piridil, 2-metil-4-tiazolil ili 2-metil-4-oksazolil ostatak ili jednovremeno R1a i R1b uvek za metil grupu, R2 za metil, etil, ili propil i X za 2-piridil, 2-metil-tiazolil ili 2-metil-4-oksazolil ostatak, pri cemu atom azota i/ili sumpora u X moze da se nalazi u oksidovanom obliku i pri cemu, kada R2 i R8 uvek znace metil ostatak, X moze da bude samo u datom slucaju na atomu azota oksidovani 2-piridil ostatak, ukljucujuci sve moguce stereoizomere kao i njihove smese. Nova jedinjenja su podesna za izradu lekova.
