  1. 一种动力电池盖帽外密封圈自动注胶装置,其特征在于:包括工作台、电控箱、振动盘、注胶轨道、胶水箱、注胶气动吸排液泵、注胶针、注胶送料装置、转动限位装置、转动驱动装置和接料盘,振动盘、注胶轨道、胶水箱、注胶气动吸排液泵均设置在工作台上,振动盘连接注胶轨道一端进料外密封圈,注胶轨道另一端的下部设置注胶送料装置,注胶轨道另一端的两侧分别设置有转动限位装置和转动驱动装置,所述注胶送料装置包括送料升降气缸、送料进给气缸和注胶送料柱,送料升降气缸垂直于注胶轨道设置且其上连接送料进给气缸呈带动送料进给气缸升降状态,送料进给气缸平行于注胶轨道设置且其活塞杆上垂直连接一根以上的注胶送料柱,所述注胶轨道为两处于同一水平面、相对间隙设置、朝内开口的矩形或U形结构轨道,注胶送料柱直径小于外密封圈内孔直径、两矩形或U形结构轨道的间隙,注胶送料柱对应设置在两矩形或U形结构轨道的间隙下部,所述转动限位装置包括限位推进轨道、限位推进座、限位推进气缸、限位推进上压板和限位柱,限位推进轨道设置于注胶轨道一轨道上呈垂直于注胶轨道送料方向,限位推进座设置于限位推进轨道内由限位推进气缸推动,限位推进座朝内端连接限位推进上压板,限位推进上压板下方穿接有两只以上的限位柱,所述转动驱动装置包括驱动电机、驱动主轴、驱动链轮组、驱动上压板、两根以上驱动轴和轴承,两根以上驱动轴平行间隔垂直穿接在注胶轨道另一轨道上,两根以上驱动轴上部连接轴承,下部经驱动链轮组连接带驱动电机的驱动主轴,两根以上驱动轴上部经驱动上压板封装;所述胶水箱经一只以上的注胶气动吸排液泵连接一只以上注胶针,注胶针对应设置于转动限位装置和转动驱动装置之间的注胶轨道间隙上方且朝向注胶轨道;所述注胶轨道另一端连接接料盘。
  2. 一种动力电池盖帽外密封圈自动注胶装置,其特征在于:包括工作台、振动盘、注胶轨道、胶水箱、注胶气动吸排液泵、注胶针、注胶送料装置、转动限位装置、转动驱动装置和接料盘,振动盘、注胶轨道、胶水箱、注胶气动吸排液泵均设置在工作台上,振动盘连接注胶轨道一端进料外密封圈,注胶轨道另一端的下部设置注胶送料装置,注胶轨道另一端的两侧分别设置有转动限位装置和转动驱动装置,所述注胶送料装置包括送料升降气缸、送料进给气缸和注胶送料柱,送料升降气缸垂直于注胶轨道设置且其上连接送料进给气缸呈带动送料进给气缸升降状态,送料进给气缸平行于注胶轨道设置且其活塞杆上垂直连接一根以上的注胶送料柱,所述注胶轨道为两处于同一水平面、相对间隙设置、朝内开口的矩形或U形结构轨道,注胶送料柱直径小于外密封圈内孔直径、两矩形或U形结构轨道的间隙,注胶送料柱对应设置在两矩形或U形结构轨道的间隙下部, 所述转动限位装置包括限位推进轨道、限位推进座、限位推进气缸、限位推进上压板和限位柱,限位推进轨道设置于注胶轨道一轨道上呈垂直于注胶轨道送料方向,限位推进座设置于限位推进轨道内由限位推进气缸推动,限位推进座朝内端连接限位推进上压板,限位推进上压板下方穿接有两只以上的限位柱,所述转动驱动装置包括驱动电机、驱动主轴、驱动皮带轮、驱动上压板、驱动轴,驱动主轴和驱动轴垂直穿接在注胶轨道另一轨道上,驱动轴上部和驱动主轴上部连接驱动皮带轮,皮带轮内边与注胶轨道方向平行,驱动主轴和驱动轴上部经驱动上压板封装,驱动主轴由驱动电机驱动;所述胶水箱经一只以上的注胶气动吸排液泵连接一只以上注胶针,注胶针对应设置于转动限位装置和转动驱动装置之间的注胶轨道间隙上方且朝向注胶轨道;所述注胶轨道另一端连接接料盘。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种动力电池盖帽外密封圈自动注胶装置,其特征是:所述注胶针倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种动力电池盖帽外密封圈自动注胶装置,其特征是:所述一只以上注胶针经支架架设在工作台上,一只以上注胶针平行间隙可调穿接在支架座上,支架座可升降调节设置在支架上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种动力电池盖帽外密封圈自动注胶装置,其特征是:所述振动盘、注胶气动吸排液泵、送料升降气缸、送料进给气缸、限位推进气缸、驱动电机均连接电控箱。
