Description
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体的说,涉及一种雾化组件以及电子烟。
目前市场上的电子烟包括 电池组件与雾化组件可拆卸连接的电子烟及电池组件与雾化组件共用一外套管的一次性电子烟
,所述电子烟的雾化组件均包含电热丝组件,当电子烟工作时,电热丝组件中的发热件发热使烟油雾化,以达到产生烟雾的效果。
在如图1所示的现有技术中,雾化组件包括用于与电池组件连接的连接件1、 用于雾化烟油的雾化芯2
、用于储存烟油的烟油锁存件3以及套设在烟油锁存件3外部的雾化套管4。
由于电子烟在形状、尺寸及重量上要求最大限度地模仿真烟,以使吸烟者易于接受,因此,雾化套管需要能模拟真烟的柔软度以提高用户体验;而在此情况下,电池套管及雾化套管硬度往往较小,使得电池套管、连接件
1 及雾化套管之间不能用常用的螺纹连接结构来连接固定,因而需要对雾化组件及电子烟的结构进行改进 。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种重量轻、柔软且结构稳固可靠的雾化组件以及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括用于与所述电池组件连接的连接件、用于雾化烟油的雾化芯、用于储存烟油并由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件以及采用非金属材料制成且在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的雾化套管;所述连接件包括用于插置于所述雾化套管内的第一连接端以及用于与所述电池组件连接的第二连接端;所述第一连接端的外壁周面上设置有用于防止所述雾化套管松脱的滚花结构,所述第一连接端与所述第二连接端之间凸设有压紧凸台以及位于所述压紧凸台一侧的沿周向延伸的凹槽;所述雾化芯包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的雾化电极、插置于所述烟油锁存件内的雾化芯套管、与所述雾化电极电连接并设置在所述雾化芯套管内的电热丝组件以及用以减少雾化组件在受外力时产生的形变量的支撑件,所述支撑件插置在所述雾化芯套管上远离所述雾化电极的一端;所述雾化组件还包括套设在所述雾化套管外的保护套和采用金属材料制成并用于将所述雾化套管固定在所述连接件上的固定环,所述固定环位于所述压紧凸台与所述保护套之间。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述凹槽位于所述第一连接端与所述压紧凸台之间,所述
滚花结构的表面上涂覆有用于增强所述连接件与所述 雾化套管之间结合强度的粘胶层 。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述固定环的一端抵靠在所述压紧凸台朝向所述保护套的环形端面上,所述固定环的另一端抵靠在与所述环形端面相对应的所述保护套的端面上。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述滚花结构为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花或交叉网纹滚花结构。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯套管内沿轴向具有供所述电热丝组件雾化所得的烟雾流通的烟雾通道,沿所述支撑件轴向开设有与所述烟雾通道连通以供所述烟雾流出的第一出气通孔。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化组件还包括供使用者吸食烟雾的吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖设置在所述雾化套管远离所述连接件的一端,所述吸嘴盖上开设有供所述烟雾通过的第二出气通孔,所述烟雾通道、所述第一出气通孔以及所述第二出气通孔依次贯通形成气流流通通道。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯还包括插置于所述连接件内的绝缘座,所述连接件上开设有用于容纳所述绝缘座的安装通孔,所述安装通孔的内壁具有沿径向向内延伸而形成的用于防止所述绝缘座松脱的固定凸台;所述雾化电极固定在所述绝缘座内,所述绝缘座使所述雾化电极与所述连接件电隔离。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯还包括用于提高所述雾化电极稳定性的雾化座,所述雾化座的一端套设在所述连接件内,所述雾化座的另一端插置于所述雾化芯套管内;所述雾化座沿轴向开设有用于供所述雾化电极穿过的通孔。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述电热丝组件包括与所述雾化电极电连接的电热丝以及为所述电热丝提供烟油的导油件,所述电热丝均匀绕设在所述导油件上;所述雾化芯套管上开设有供所述导油件伸出的导油通孔,所述导油件的两端穿过所述导油通孔并插入所述烟油锁存件中以吸取烟油。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述连接件采用导电材料制成并与所述电热丝组件电连接。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括如前所述的用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池组件包括电池套管、安装在所述电池套管内部的电池、安装在所述电池套管一端的端盖、用于控制所述雾化组件工作的控制模块,所述电池与所述控制模块电连接;所述电池套管的另一端设置有用于与所述雾化组件连接的固定套以及用于与所述雾化电极电连接的电池电极组件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述控制模块包括设置在所述端盖内的气流感应器,用于在感应到使用者吸气时触发,控制所述电池为所述雾化组件供电。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接件由铁制成,所述固定套由能吸附所述连接件的磁性材料制成,用于通过所述固定套与所述连接件之间的吸附力来连接所述电池组件与所述雾化组件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接件采用导电材料制成并与所述电热丝组件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池电极组件包括与所述雾化电极电连接的电池电极、用于使所述电池电极与外界电隔离的绝缘罩以及用于弹性连接所述电池电极和所述绝缘罩的弹性件;所述绝缘罩内具有容纳空间,所述电池电极通过所述弹性件可压缩的安装在所述容纳空间内。
实施本发明的雾化组件以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
采用非金属材料制成且在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的雾化套管在质量轻的同时还模拟了真烟的柔软手感,能显著提高用户体验;同样采用非金属材料制成的软管保护套在不影响雾化套管弹性形变的同时还能防止雾化套管在使用过程中因磨损或锐器划伤而出现破损;滚花结构使得连接件与雾化套管之间的过盈配合更加紧固,从而增加连接件与雾化套管之间的摩擦力,防止连接件从雾化套管内脱落,且通过金属固定环将非金属的所述弹性雾化套管套设在所述连接件上,因而不仅结构紧凑,而且连接较稳固可靠,巧妙地避免了非金属的所述雾化套管与连接件连接时容易开裂和脱落的问题;凹槽可用于收容多余的粘胶以避免粘胶外溢对雾化组件的外观产生影响,也可用于容纳食品级硅胶以防止烟液外泄,同时通过所述凹槽与所述压紧凸台的配合能在压紧固定环时,有效防止雾化套管向外滑移受压而产生破损或毛刺;插设在雾化芯内的支撑件可避免雾化组件在受到外力挤压时被损坏而出现烟油泄漏的现象或在受口腔的夹持力时烟油锁存件形变量过大而使烟油被挤压出来,因而吸烟时用户可随意用口腔中的牙齿等任何组织对本发明的所述电子烟施力,提高了用户体验。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案以及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图2所示,本发明提供了一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,该雾化组件包括
用于与电池组件连接的连接件1、 用于雾化烟油的雾化芯2
、用于储存烟油并由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件3以及采用非金属材料制成且在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的雾化套管4。
在本实施例中,雾化套管4为中空的圆筒状,且雾化套管4的一端插设有连接件1,另一端则固定有供使用者吸食烟雾的吸嘴盖7。雾化套管4外套设有保护套5和采用金属材料制成并用于将雾化套管4压紧固定在连接件1上的固定环6,固定环6位于连接件1与保护套5之间。
雾化套管4为在外力的作用下能发生弹性形变的非金属柔性套管,例如PC管、PETG管、PET管、ABS管或PP管。PC管是一种聚碳酸酯塑料管,聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种综合性能优良的非晶型热塑性树脂,具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性,较高的强度、耐热性达160度和耐寒性-60度;还具有离火自熄、阻燃、无毒、可着色等优点。PETG是一种透明非结晶型共聚酯,其具有玻璃一样的透明度且韧性较好,易于成型,且属于环保材料。PET是乳白色或浅黄色高度结晶性的聚合物,其表面平滑而有光泽,具有耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,磨耗小的特点,且具有热塑性塑料中最大的韧性。ABS通常为浅黄色或乳白色的粒料非结晶性树脂,ABS
将 PB , PAN , PS 的各种性能有机地统一起来,
具有优良的综合物理和机械性能,极好的低温抗冲击性能;尺寸稳定性。电性能、耐磨性、抗化学药品性、染色性、成品加工和机械加工较好,为使用最广泛非通用塑料之一。PP管为聚丙烯管,聚丙烯(PP)是常见塑料中较轻的一种,其电性能优异,可作为耐湿热高频绝缘材料应用。
上述的非金属柔性套管的厚度一般控制在0.15-0.25mm之间,由此,既能有效保护
雾化套管4内的烟油锁存件3、雾化芯2等器件以及它们相互之间连接的稳定性,同时又模拟了真烟的柔软手感。此外,采用上述材料制成的雾化套管4还具有质量轻的优点,能显著提高用户体验。
保护套5用于防止雾化套管4在使用过程中因磨损或锐器划伤而出现破损,若雾化套管4出现破损会导致烟油锁存件3内存储的烟油从破损处泄漏出,也可能会导致雾化套管4与连接件1、吸嘴盖7之间的连接不稳定,出现松脱的现象。为确保雾化套管4能在外力作用下产生弹性形变,保护套5也优选采用由耐磨的非金属材料制成的软管。
结合图3、图4和图5所示出的连接件1的示意图,可以看到,连接件1包括插置在雾化套管4内的第一连接端101以及用于与电池组件连接的第二连接端102;其中,第一连接端101的在与雾化套管4贴合的外壁周面上设置有滚花结构104,该滚花结构104可以选择直纹滚花、斜纹滚花或交叉网纹滚花结构等。由于滚花结构104使得连接件1的外周面呈凹凸状,使得连接件1与雾化套管4之间的过盈配合更加紧固,从而增加连接件1与雾化套管4之间的摩擦力,防止连接件1从雾化套管4内脱落。
优选的,滚花结构104上 涂覆有用于增强连接件 1 与 雾化套管4
之间结合强度的粘胶,所述粘胶形成一层粘胶层, 滚花结构104在
第一连接端101表面形成的凹陷可以一定程度的容纳粘胶,以避免粘胶外溢对雾化组件的外观产生影响,并且也可容纳更多的粘胶以增强 连接件 1 与
雾化套管4之间的固定。
连接件1在第一连接端101与第二连接端102之间凸设有压紧凸台103以及位于压紧凸台103一侧的沿周向延伸的凹槽105,从图4所示出的立体图中可以看到,压紧凸台103也是沿连接件1的周向设置,且凹槽105位于第一连接端101与
压紧凸台103之间 。该凹槽105可进一步收容上述粘胶,使多余的粘胶或从滚花结构104与雾化套管4 之间溢出的粘胶积留在凹槽105 内,
避免粘胶外溢对雾化组件的外观产生影响 。此外,还可以在凹槽105 内注射食品级硅胶,从而有效防止烟液的外泄。
结合图 6 ,固定环 6 为采用金属材料制成的套管状结构,设置在
压紧凸台103与保护套5之间,固定环6的一端抵靠在 压紧凸台103朝向保护套5的环形端面
上,固定环6的另一端抵靠在与环形端面相对应的保护套5的端面上,即压紧凸台103与保护套5夹紧以固定该固定环6。
优选的,固定环6与 雾化套管4之间过盈配合,
固定环6的内壁面挤压雾化套管4,使其贴紧滚花结构104,从而增大雾化套管4与第一连接端101之间的摩擦力。 由于固定环 6
采用金属材料制成,因而在使用过程中不易发生变形,能始终保持 贴合并挤压 雾化套管4。
此外,在安装固定环6时,固定环6往往会带动雾化套管4滑移,凹槽105能有效 防止将固定环 6 与压紧凸台
103 之间压紧时,雾化套管 4 向外滑移受压而产生破损或毛刺。
优选的,保护套5的内壁面与雾化套管4贴合,且雾化套管4的外表面被保护套5和固定环6完全覆盖,以避免雾化套管4发生破损。其中,固定环6的轴向长度大于第一连接端101的轴向长度,以尽量增大雾化套管4与第一连接端101之间的摩擦力。
本发明所提供的雾化组件还包括包覆在保护套5和固定环6的外周面上的 贴纸 12
,贴纸12可具有真烟的图案和色彩以模拟真烟的外观和手感,从而增加用户体验;同时,由于贴纸12的 粘性 包裹具有紧固作用,使得雾化套管4、第一连接端101、
保护套5以及固定环6之间的连接关系也更稳定。可以理解的是, 贴纸 12 可以是类似真烟的纸浆贴纸,也可以是塑料贴纸等,具体图案和材质在此不作限定,贴纸 12
的厚度优选为 0.12-0.24mm 。
雾化芯2包括用于与电池组件电连接的雾化电极207、插置于烟油锁存件3内的雾化芯套管201、与雾化电极207电连接并设置在雾化芯套管201内的电热丝组件202、用以减少雾化组件在受外力时产生的形变量的支撑件203、插设在第二连接端102内的绝缘座206以及用于提高雾化电极207稳定性的雾化座205。
连接件 1 的内部开设有贯穿其两侧端面的安装通孔 106 ,用于容纳和安装 绝缘座206以及雾化电极207 。
其中,雾化芯套管201沿轴向具有供电热丝组件202雾化所得的烟雾流通的烟雾通道,电热丝组件202就设置在该烟雾通道内;支撑件203插置在雾化芯套管201上远离雾化电极207的一端,支撑件203上开设有与所述烟雾通道
连通以供烟雾流出的第一出气通孔204;安装通孔106的内壁具有沿径向向内延伸而形成的用于防止绝缘座206松脱的固定凸台107以卡住绝缘座206;雾化电极207固定在绝缘座206内并与绝缘座206的内壁过盈配合,且绝缘座206使雾化电极207与其他器件电隔离;雾化座205的一端与连接件1连接,雾化座205的另一端插置于所述雾化芯套管201内;雾化座205上开设有用于供雾化电极207穿过的通孔。

包括与雾化电极207电连接的电热丝以及为电热丝提供烟油的导油件,将电热丝均匀绕设在导油件上;雾化芯套管201上开设有供导油件伸出的导油通孔,导油件的两端穿过导油通孔并插入烟油锁存件3中以吸取烟油。其中,所述烟油锁存件3可由棉或纤维等材料制成,在此不作具体限定。
优选的, 连接件1采用导电材料制成并与电热丝组件202电连接,即连接件1本身充当与电极来为电热丝组件
202 供电,可以简化雾化组件的结构 。
由于本发明中的雾化套管4和保护套5都是由非金属材料制成的软管,在收到外力挤压时,对内部雾化芯2等结构的保护力度有限,因此需要支撑件203来保护雾化组件,避免雾化组件在受到外力挤压时被损坏而出现烟油泄漏的现象。
此外,雾化组件还包括供使用者吸食烟雾的吸嘴盖7,吸嘴盖7设置在雾化套管4远离连接件1的一端,吸嘴盖7上开设有供烟雾通过的第二出气通孔601,烟雾通道、第一出气通孔204以及第二出气通孔601依次贯通形成气流流通通道。
如图7所示,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括如前所述的用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及为该雾化组件供电的电池组件。
本实施例中的电池组件包括电池套管 9 、安装在电池套管 9 内部的电池 10 、安装在电池套管 9
一端的端盖 11 以及用于控制雾化组件工作的控制模块。其中,电池 10 与控制模块电连接,电池套管 9 的另一端设置有用于与雾化组件连接的固定套 19
和连接套 20 、用于与雾化电极 207 电连接的电池电极组件以及套设在电池电极组件外部的支架 17 。
控制模块包括设置在端盖 11 内的气流感应器 14 ,用于在感应到使用者吸气时触发,控制电池 10
为雾化组件供电。
电池电极组件包括与雾化电极 207 电连接的电池电极 15 、用于使电池电极 15 与外界电隔离的绝缘罩
16 以及弹性连接电池电极 15 和绝缘罩 16 的弹性件 18 ;绝缘罩 16 内具有容纳空间,电池电极 15 通过弹性件 18
可压缩的安装在该容纳空间内。
与连接件 1 相匹配的连接套 20 插设固定在电池套管 9 的一端,连接套 20 与电池套管 9
之间过盈配合以实现两者间的稳定连接。连接套 20 为中空套管状结构,其一端插入固定有电池电极组件和套设在支架 17 外部的固定套 19 ,其另一端插设有连接件
1 的第二连接端 102 。
在本实施例中,连接件 1 由铁制成,固定套 19 由能吸附连接件 1
的磁性材料制成,电池组件与雾化组件之间的稳定可靠的连接是通过固定套 19 与连接件 1
之间的吸附力实现的。本实施例中采用磁性连接可以方便使用者拆装电子烟,只需沿电子烟轴向向电子烟两端用力拉即可完成电池组件与雾化组件的拆卸,同样的,只需沿电子烟轴向反向压紧即可完成电池组件与雾化组件的连接,操作简单方便,磁性连接稳定性高。此外,连接件
1 采用可导电的铁制成,能起到电极的作用为电热丝组件 202 供电,从而简化雾化组件的结构。
可以理解的是,电池组件与雾化组件之间的连接也可以通过螺纹结构、卡扣结构等来实现,在此不作具体限定,本实施例只是给出优选实施方式。因为,螺纹结构和卡扣结构这些会增大产品加工的复杂度,而且,随着使用次数的增多,不可避免的会出现磨损等现象从而导致连接不稳定,也会进而影响雾化电极与电池电极之间电连接的稳定性。
电子烟的组装过程中,将连接件 1 的第二连接端 102 插入连接套 20 内,沿电子烟轴向压紧,固定套
19 与连接头 1 之间吸合以连接雾化组件和电池组件,同时,电池电极 15 在弹性件 18 的作用下插入雾化电极 207
内,实现两者间的电连接。当雾化组件和电池组件稳定连接时,连接套 20 的端面抵靠在压紧凸台 103 上,使压紧凸台 103 向下压紧雾化套管 4 、固定环 6
的端面。
实施本发明的雾化组件和电子烟,具有如下有益效果:采用非金属
材料制成且在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的雾化套管4在质量轻的同时还模拟了真烟的柔软手感,能显著提高用户体验;同样采用非金属材料制成的软管保护套5在不影响雾化套管4弹性形变的同时还能防止雾化套管4在使用过程中因磨损或锐器划伤而出现破损;滚花结构104使得连接件1与雾化套管4之间的过盈配合更加紧固,从而增加连接件1与雾化套管4之间的摩擦力,防止连接件1从雾化套管4内脱落,且通过金属固定环6将非金属的所述弹性雾化套管套4设在所述连接件1上,因而不仅结构紧凑,而且连接较稳固可靠,巧妙地避免了非金属的所述雾化套管与连接件1连接时容易开裂和脱落的问题;凹槽105可用于
收容多余的粘胶以 避免粘胶外溢对雾化组件的外观产生影响 ,也可用于容纳食品级硅胶以防止烟液外泄,同时也 能在 压紧固定环 6 时, 有效 防止雾化套管 4

Claims (16)
- 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括 用于与所述电池组件连接的连接件(1)、 用于雾化烟油的雾化芯(2) 、用于储存烟油并由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件(3)以及采用非金属材料制成且在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的雾化套管(4);所述连接件(1)包括用于插置于所述雾化套管(4)内的第一连接端(101) 以及 用于与所述 电池组件连接的第二连接端(102); 所述第一连接端(101)的外壁周面上设置有用于防止所述雾化套管(4)松脱的滚花结构(104),所述第一连接端(101)与所述 第二连接端(102)之间凸设有压紧凸台(103)以及位于所述压紧凸台(103)一侧的沿 周向延伸的 凹槽(105);所述雾化芯(2)包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的雾化电极(207)、插置于所述烟油锁存件(3)内的雾化芯套管(201)、与所述雾化电极(207)电连接并设置在所述雾化芯套管(201)内的电热丝组件(202)以及用以减少雾化组件在受外力时产生的形变量的支撑件(203),所述支撑件(203)插置在所述雾化芯套管(201)上远离所述雾化电极(207)的一端;所述雾化组件还包括套设在所述 雾化套管(4)外的保护套(5)和采用金属材料制成并用于将所述雾化套管(4)固定在所述连接件(1)上的固定环(6),所述固定环(6)位于所述压紧凸台(103)与所述保护套(5)之间 。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(105)位于所述 第一连接端(101)与所述 压紧凸台(103)之间,所述 滚花结构(104)的表面上涂覆有用于增强所述连接件(1)与所述雾化套管(4)之间结合强度的粘胶层 。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述固定环(6)的一端抵靠在所述 压紧凸台(103)朝向所述保护套(5)的环形端面 上,所述固定环(6)的另一端抵靠在与所述环形端面相对应的所述保护套(5)的端面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述滚花结构(104)为直纹滚花、斜纹滚花或交叉网纹滚花结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯套管(201)内沿轴向具有供所述电热丝组件(202)雾化所得的烟雾流通的烟雾通道 ,沿所述 支撑件(203)轴向开设有与所述烟雾通道 连通以供所述烟雾流出的第一出气通孔(204)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括 供使用者吸食烟雾的吸嘴盖(7),所述吸嘴盖(7)设置在所述雾化套管(4)远离所述连接件(1)的一端,所述吸嘴盖(7)上开设有供所述烟雾通过的第二出气通孔(601),所述烟雾通道、所述第一出气通孔(204)以及所述第二出气通孔(601)依次贯通形成气流流通通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述雾化芯(2)还包括插置于所述连接件(1)内的绝缘座(206),所述连接件(1)上开设有用于容纳所述绝缘座(206)的安装通孔(106),所述安装通孔(106)的内壁具有沿径向向内延伸而形成的用于防止所述绝缘座(206)松脱的固定凸台(107);所述雾化电极(207)固定在所述绝缘座(206)内,所述绝缘座(206)使所述雾化电极(207)与所述连接件(1)电隔离。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述雾化芯(2)还包括用于提高所述雾化电极(207)稳定性的雾化座(205),所述雾化座(205)的一端套设在所述连接件(1)内,所述雾化座(205)的另一端插置于所述雾化芯套管(201)内;所述雾化座(205)沿轴向开设有用于供所述雾化电极(207)穿过的通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件 (202)包括与所述雾化电极(207)电连接的电热丝以及为所述电热丝提供烟油的导油件,所述电热丝均匀绕设在所述导油件上;所述雾化芯套管(201)上开设有供所述导油件伸出的导油通孔,所述导油件的两端穿过所述导油通孔并插入所述烟油锁存件(3)中以吸取烟油。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件 ,其特征在于,所述连接件(1)采用导电材料制成并与所述电热丝组件(202)电连接。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括 电池套管(9)、安装在所述电池套管(9)内部的电池(10)、安装在所述电池套管(9)一端的端盖(11)、用于控制所述雾化组件工作的控制模块,所述电池(10)与所述控制模块电连接;所述电池套管(9)的另一端设置有用于与所述雾化组件连接的固定套(19)以及用于与所述雾化电极(207)电连接的电池电极组件。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括设置在所述端盖(11)内的气流感应器(14),用于在感应到使用者吸气时触发,控制所述电池(10)为所述雾化组件供电。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接件(1)由铁制成,所述固定套 (19) 由能吸附所述连接件(1)的磁性材料制成,用于通过所述固定套 (19) 与所述连接件(1)之间的吸附力来连接所述电池组件与所述雾化组件。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述连接件(1)采用导电材料制成并与所述电热丝组件(202)电连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述电池电极组件包括与所述雾化电极(207)电连接的电池电极(15)、用于使所述电池电极(15)与外界电隔离的绝缘罩(16)以及用于弹性连接所述电池电极(15)和所述绝缘罩(16)的弹性件(18);所述绝缘罩(16)内具有容纳空间, 所述电池电极(15)通过所述弹性件(18)可压缩的安装在所述容纳空间内。
