Description
本发明涉及电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟以及电子烟的制造方法。
现有技术电子烟包括雾化组件以及与雾化组件相连的电池组件,电池组件包括本体以及设置于本体一端的盖体,盖体上设置有通气槽。一般的,盖体为一端开口的筒状薄壳结构,在抽烟时气流从所述通气槽进入所述电池组件内,气流冲击薄壳状的盖体容易震动而产生尖锐噪音,仿真烟效果差。另外,为了使得光线透过盖体时候,有图案产生,现有电子烟在盖体的外表面设置图案层,但是设置于盖体外表面的图案容易刮伤、磨损。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的电子烟图案层容易刮伤、磨损及容易震动而产生尖锐噪声的缺陷,提供一种方便图案层的装设,且图案层不易磨损及避免震动而产生尖锐噪声的电池组件、电子烟及电子烟的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种电池组件,包括在工作状态下可发光的本体,以及设置于所述本体一端的盖体,所述盖体为实心结构的透光体,所述盖体具有相对设置的面向所述本体内的内端面和裸露于所述本体外的外端面,所述内端面设置有图案层,所述盖体周面设有用于将本体内部与外界空气连通的通气槽。

实施本发明的电子烟及其制造方法,具有以下有益效果:通过在盖体内端设置图案层,既可以保证在光线透射时,能从盖体外侧看到图案层上的图案,也可以使得图案层不容易磨损、刮伤。另外,通过将盖体设置成实心结构,则使得在抽烟时,气流冲击盖体时不容易震动而避免产生尖锐的噪音,仿真烟效果更好,提高了用户体验。

图3是本发明的第三实施例的电子烟的局部剖视图;
图4是图3中盖体以及连接部连接在一起时的整体结构示意图;
图 5 是图4中盖体以及连接部的分解结构示意图。
为了解决现有技术中电子烟中图案层容易磨损,且在吸烟时气流冲击薄壳状的盖体容易震动而产生噪音的现象,通过在盖体2内端面设置图案层21,使得图案层21不容易磨损、刮伤,同时将盖体2设置成实心结构,使得盖体2不容易震动而避免产生
尖锐的噪音,仿真烟效果更好,提高了用户体验。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1以及图3所示,本发明提供一种电池组件,
包括在工作状态下可发光的本体1,以及设置于本体1一端的盖体2,盖体2为实心结构的透光体,盖体2具有相对设置的面向本体1内的内端面和裸露于本体外的外端面,内端面设置有图案层21,本体1的内部光线可将图案层21透射至所述盖体2的外端面。
可以理解的是,将上述图案层21设置于盖体2的内端面,则使得在满足在光线透射时,可以从盖体2的外侧观测到图案层21上的图案,也可以使得图案层21不容易磨损、刮伤。
结合如图2以及图4所示,优选的,为方便图案层21的装设,盖体2的内端面为平面,图案层21设置于该平面上。
可以理解的是,盖体2装设图案层21的一端并不限于上述平面,也可以为弧面,图案层21设置于该弧面上部,该弧面的的弧度为15°至45°,优选该弧面的弧度为30°。或者该盖体2装设图案层21的一端上设有刚好能够容纳图案层21的凹部,图案层21嵌置于该凹部之中。
结合如图2以及图3所示,盖体2周面设有用于将本体1内部与外界空气连通的通气槽23。吸烟时,外界空气通过上述通气槽23进入到本体1内部。通气槽23个数没有特别的限制,优选的,通气槽23的个数为两个,均匀布置于盖体2的周面位置,且该通气槽23的截面面积为0.3平方毫米~1平方毫米。
为了防止在吸烟时,气流经由通气槽23进入到本体1内部时,气流冲击盖体2容易产生震动或者噪音,优选盖体2为前述的实心结构。为了使得防震动或者是防噪音的效果较佳,盖体2的结构的厚度范围较佳为2mm~7mm。更优选选择盖体2的厚度为5mm。
具体的,盖体2以及本体1的连接方式有如下几种:
第一较佳实施例为:本体1外侧设置有外套管,盖体2以及外套管一体成型(未图示)。可以理解的是,图案层21可以是设置于内端面上的包含凹凸的图案及文字的立体浮部,或者是印有图案的片状体。
可以理解的是,该立体浮部可以是通过 在内端面上雕刻形成的,或者是通过直接注塑形成具有立
体浮部的盖体2,或者是预先形成立体浮部,将该立体浮部压制或粘贴于盖体2的 内端面。
本实施例中,为方便制造,图案层21是通过注塑成型形成的,优选的,图案层21为包含凹凸文字以及图案的立体浮部。
第二较佳实施例为:盖体2以及本体1是分体设置的,与第一实施例一样图案层21可以是设置于内端面上的包含凹凸的图案及文字的立体浮部,或者是印有图案的片状体,由于本实施例中本体1以及盖体2为分体设置的,为安装方便,优选选用在内端面上印制图案的片状体。
盖体2与本体1的连接方式有如下两种:
如图1以及图2所示的连接方式一:盖体2包括插置于本体1内部的插入部22,图案层21设置于插入部22上。可以理解的是,为保证气密性以及盖体2与本体1连接的紧密型,插入部22是通过过盈配合的方式插置于本体1内部的。
如图3、图4以及图5所示的连接方式二:本体1包括用于将盖体2连接至本体1上的连接部11,连接部11插置于本体1内部,盖体2通过与连接部11连接实现与本体1的连接。和连接方式一中一样,连接部11是通过过盈配合的方式插置于本体1中的。
如图3以及图5所示,对于连接方式二中,连接部11为筒状体,连接部11的端面与盖体2之间的连接方式为焊接。亦或者是,连接部11为筒状体,连接部11的端面设置有用于将盖体2与连接部11粘接的粘贴层,通过该粘贴层使盖体2以及连接部11相连。可以理解的是,盖体2与连接部11的连接方式也可以为热熔等其他方式。
在上述三个实施例中,盖体2均为透光件,具体的盖体2为聚碳酸酯制件,聚苯乙烯制件或者是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制件。
另外,如图1以及图3所示,本体1内靠近盖体2的一端还设置有控制单元12,本体1内还设有安装座13,通过将控制单元12过盈配合的地插置于安装座13的内部实现将控制单元12紧紧设置于本体1内部。
控制单元12靠近盖体2的一端设置有灯体3,灯体3的光线透过图案层21以及盖体2,使得从盖体2的外侧可观测到图案层21上的图案,优选的,该灯体3为LED灯。
为使得灯体3的光线穿过盖体2能够大范围的散开,优选选择盖体2的外端面呈弧状。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件以及雾化组件4,电池组件包括在工作状态下可发光的本体1,以及设置于本体1一端的盖体2,盖体2为实心结构的透光体,盖体2具有相对设置的面向本体1内的内端面和裸露于本体外的外端面,内端面设置有图案层21,本体1的内部光线可将图案层21透射至所述盖体2的外端面。
该电子烟中雾化组件4为现有技术,同时该电子烟中的电池组件为上述所提到的电池组件,此处便不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种电子烟制造方法,用于制造上述电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1
:分别制造本体1以及内端面设置有图案层21的、且为实心透光体的盖体2,并在本体1内对应盖体2设置灯体3,灯体3与安装在本体1内的电池连接,进一步将盖体2安装于本体1的一端形成电池组件;或者,制造一体成型的盖体2和本体1,同时在盖体2靠近灯体3的一端注塑成型图案层21,另外在外套管内部装设电池以及电子元件以形成电池组件;
S2:
在盖体2的周面成型通气槽23,通气槽23沿连接部11周面轴向贯穿,通气槽23的一端与本体1内部连通,通气槽23的另一端与外界相通;
S3 :将雾化组件4安装于本体1的另一端形成电子烟整体。
对于步骤S1中,如图1所示,当盖体2以及本体1分体设置时,盖体2包括插置于本体1内部的插入部22,图案层21设置于插入部22靠近灯体3的一端端面。
或者,在步骤S1中,如图3所示,当盖体2以及本体1分体设置时,本体1还包括用于将盖体2连接至本体1上的连接部11,连接部11插置于本体1内部,盖体2通过与连接部11连接实现与本体1的连接。
另外,为方便图案层21的安装,盖体2的内端面为平面,图案层21设置于平面上。
再者,为了防止在吸烟时,气流经由通气槽23进入到本体1内部时,气流冲击盖体2容易产生震动或者噪音,优选盖体2为实心结构。为了使得防震动或者是防噪音的效果较佳,盖体2的结构的厚度范围较佳为2mm~7mm。更优选选择盖体2的厚度为5mm。
综上,通过在盖体2内端面设置图案层21,既可以保证在光线透射时,能从盖体2外侧看到图案层21上的图案,也可以使得图案层21不容易磨损、刮伤。另外,通过将盖体2设置成实心结构,则使得在抽烟时,气流冲击盖体2不容易震动而产生尖锐的噪音。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (19)
- 一种电池组件,包括在工作状态下可发光的本体(1),以及设置于所述本体(1)一端的盖体(2),其特征在于,所述盖体(2)为实心结构的透光体,所述盖体(2)具有相对设置的面向所述本体(1)内的内端面和裸露于所述本体(1)外的外端面,所述内端面设置有图案层(21),所述盖体(2)周面设有用于将本体(1)内部与外界空气连通的通气槽(23)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)的所述内端面为平面,所述图案层(21)设置于所述平面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述本体(1)外侧设置有外套管,所述盖体(2)与所述外套管一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)以及所述本体(1)分体设置,所述盖体(2)包括插置于所述本体(1)内部的插入部(22),所述图案层(21)设置于所述插入部(22)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)以及所述本体(1)分体设置,所述电池组件还包括插置于所述本体(1)内部的连接部(11),所述盖体(2)通过与所述连接部(11)连接实现与所述本体(1)的连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)为筒状体,所述连接部(11)与所述盖体(2)通过焊接的方式相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)为筒状体,所述连接部(11)的端面设置有用于将所述盖体(2)与所述连接部(11)粘接的粘贴层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)为聚碳酸酯制件,聚苯乙烯制件或者聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述图案层(21)为设置于所述内端面上的立体浮部,所述立体浮部包括凹凸的图案以及文字。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述本体(1)内对应所述盖体(2)设置有灯体(3),所述本体内设有电池,所述灯体(3)与所述电池电性连接。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括相互连接的电池组件以及雾化组件(4),所述电池组件包括在工作状态下可发光的本体(1),以及设置于所述本体(1)一端的盖体(2),所述盖体(2)为实心结构的透光体,所述盖体(2)具有相对设置的面向所述本体(1)内的内端面和裸露于所述本体(1)外的外端面,所述内端面设置有图案层(21),所述盖体(2)周面设有用于将本体(1)内部与外界空气连通的通气槽(23)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)的所述内端面为平面,所述图案层(21)设置于所述平面上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)为实心结构。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括外套管,所述盖体(2)与所述外套管一体成型。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)以及所述本体(1)分体设置,所述盖体(2)包括插置于所述本体(1)内部的插入部(22),所述图案层(21)设置于所述插入部(22)上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)以及所述本体(1)分体设置,所述电池组件还包括插置于所述本体(1)内部的连接部(11),所述盖体(2)通过与所述连接部(11)连接实现与所述本体(1)的连接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)为筒状体,所述连接部(11)与所述盖体(2)通过焊接的方式相连。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)为筒状体,所述连接部(11)的端面设置有用于将所述盖体(2)与所述连接部(11)粘接的粘贴层。
- 一种电子烟制造方法,其特征在于,用于制造如权利要求18所述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:S1 :分别制造本体(1)以及内端面设置有图案层(21)的盖体(2),并在所述本体(1)内对应所述盖体(2)设置灯体(3),所述灯体(3)与安装在所述本体(1)内的电池连接,进一步将所述盖体(2)安装于所述本体(1)的一端形成电池组件;或者,制造一体成型的盖体(2)和外套管,同时在盖体(2)靠近灯体(3)的一端注塑成型图案层(21),另外在外套管内部装设电池以及电子元件以形成电池组件;S2: 在所述盖体(2)的周面成型通气槽(23),所述通气槽(23)沿所述连接部(11)周面轴向贯穿,所述通气槽(23)的一端与所述本体(1)内部连通,所述通气槽(23)的另一端与外界相通;S3 :将雾化组件4安装于所述本体(1)的另一端形成电子烟整体。
