Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种模拟香烟的电子器具,包括仿烟卷和仿烟嘴两部分管状体,之间由环状导流螺栓连接,端部设发光罩体。仿烟卷管状体中包含有供能和电控的系统装置,仿烟嘴管状体包括烟气模拟发生器、漏斗针刺填料器、塑料护套和防尘阻尼盖等。工作时,气流从管状体一端进入,经传感器件激活电路,能量供应给电子加热器。使用者将液态烟料胶囊细端推向漏斗针刺填料器,液态烟料供至气液混合区,并保持常压。当防尘阻尼盖周边形成负压时,烟气从导流孔输出,另一端发光二极管亮指示工作状态。当导流孔周边负压消失,传感器件停止工作,烟气发生器停止发烟,发光二极管熄灭,数秒后电子线路进入休眠,形成模拟全过程。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种利用机电技术实现的模拟香烟电子器具,即一种外观像香烟却不是香烟,但可以像香烟一样抽吸,并避免了香烟中焦油危害的机电一体模拟电子器具。
背景技术
世界公认“吸烟有害健康”,抽烟人明知其害也不愿放弃抽烟的习惯。公认的吸烟危害主要来自两种:一种是高温燃烧烟草产生的焦油,另一种是烟碱——尼古丁,高浓度地被人体吸入而引起的致病因素。如果能解决这两种问题并从感观刺激上形成香烟状物的形态,就可以实现像是吸烟而不是吸烟的目的。目前科技水平完全可以从烟草中提纯烟碱。如果合理配制一种物质,同时消灭焦油,使其雾化形成模拟烟气,就可做到吸烟无负作用或少负作用。
发明内容
为了解决和得到模拟香烟吸烟效果,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种模拟香烟吸烟效果,达到形似、感受过程相似、具有吸香烟效果和感觉的改进型模拟香烟电子器具。
本实用新型的技术方案如下。
改进型模拟香烟电子器具,外形为不锈钢的圆管状壳体,包括较长的仿烟卷管状体和较短的仿烟嘴管状体两部分,两部分之间由环状导流螺栓连接为一体,
一种改进型模拟香烟电子器具,整体外形为尺寸比例与实际香烟的尺寸比例相近似的不锈钢圆管状壳体。它包括尺寸较长的仿烟卷管状体和尺寸较短的仿烟嘴管状体两部分,之间由环状导流螺栓连接成为一体;在尺寸较长的仿烟卷管状体一端进气口处设有仿火光导流灯罩,长不锈钢管体的内部从进气口端依次设置集成电路板、传感器件、电池和环状导流螺丝,与仿火光导流灯罩紧邻的集成电路板上设置有模拟香烟燃烧光亮的发光二极管。在尺寸较短的仿烟嘴管状体的内部依次设置的环状导流螺母、烟气发生器、气液混合室、漏斗针刺填料器、防尘阻尼盖儿和塑料护套,共同组成烟嘴系统。
所述的烟气发生器是由瓷质芯体构成气液混合室,瓷芯体的中心设发热绕组,瓷芯体的一端置有不锈钢支架,不锈钢支架外包裹有金属纤维,不锈钢支架的顶端正对漏斗针刺填料器,设有烟料胶囊为气液混合室供应液态烟料。
所述的环状导流螺栓包括空心螺杆、弹性绝缘隔离层和负极端子,负极端子的中心有导出孔,环状导流螺栓与空心的环状导流螺母配合,中心置负极端子,其周围设弹性绝缘隔离层与螺母隔离绝缘。
本实用新型采用机电技术,实现了从感观刺激上类似于香烟而不是香烟,可以像香烟一样抽吸却可避免香烟焦油危害的机电一体模拟电子器具。避免了烟草焦油和烟碱(尼古丁)高浓度地吸入人体引起的致病因素。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本实用新型用不锈钢管加工成长、短两部分,分别构成感官意义上的烟卷和烟嘴,将这两部分用环状导流螺栓连接起来,形成模拟香烟电子器具的壳体,其尺寸比例同香烟尺寸比例近似,经表面处理形状上像过滤嘴香烟。
在尺寸较长的不锈钢管体一端进气口设有仿火光导流灯罩1,长不锈钢管体的内部从进气口端依次设置集成电路板2、传感器件3电池4、环状导流螺丝5,从而形成一个独立的控制器和能量输出系统。集成电路板2上设置发光二极管17,用以模拟香烟燃烧时产生的光亮。当气流从进气端进入,气流的振动使传感器3工作发出一个脉冲信号,使集成电路2中的控制器启动,集成电路2的功放器接受控制器发出的指令后,给烟气发生器18供电并保持一定时间,使烟气发生器工作形成烟气。环状导流螺丝5由空心螺丝、弹性绝缘隔离层6、负极端子9组成。负极端子9的中心有孔,使工作气流可以从负极端子9的中心导出,并将电能输出。环状导流螺丝5的作用是螺丝通过与长不锈钢管体静配合使之和长不锈钢壳体20形成一个整体,通过环状导流螺丝5实现与吸烟嘴系统的连接。环状导流螺母7为空心螺母,中心置负极端子19,周围有弹性绝缘隔离层11使之与螺母隔离绝缘,可引导气流通过。在短不锈钢管件13的内部由依次设置的环状导流螺母7、烟气发生器18、气液混合室8,漏斗针刺填料器15、防尘阻尼盖14、塑料护套21共同组成烟嘴系统。环状导流螺母7的作用是螺母通过静配合使之与短不锈钢体13形成一整体,把烟嘴系统与控制和能量输出系统两者连接在一起,成为一个整体。气流通过环状导流螺母7可顺利导入气液混合室8;负极端子19与环状导流螺丝5、负极端子9相接形成供电回路。烟气发生器8是本实用新型的心脏器件,瓷质芯体为核心构成气液混合室8,瓷芯体中心设发热绕组16,瓷芯体的一端置不锈钢支架10,其外包裹金属纤维,不锈钢支架10的顶端正对漏斗针刺填料器15,设计它的作用是用来刺破烟料胶囊的。本改进型模拟香烟电子器具另外专门配备了特制液态烟料胶囊。当液态烟料胶囊被漏斗针刺填料器上的刺针12刺破后,液态烟料通过挤压和金属纤维毛吸管儿作用直接供给气液混合室8,在电子控制器作用下绕组发热使烟料气化形成烟气。当防尘阻尼盖儿14外形成负压时,仿火光导流灯罩1导入气流,气流经过发光二极管17和集成电路板2使其降温并保持正常工作状态。集成电路板2在控制器和能量输出系统的进气端前置,紧靠在仿火光导流灯罩1后的位置。气体流动为集成电路主板2降温。由仿火光导流灯罩1、集成电路板2、传感器3、电池4、环状导流螺栓5依次排列是本实用新型控制器和能量输出系统的最突出特征。由集成电路2中的电子控制器控制电能给发热绕组供电成为热源,是烟气发生器18的主要技术方法。气体流动使传感器3工作,发出脉冲信号启动集成电路板2的控制电路;控制电路发出指令至使烟气发生器18的发热绕组16工作。发热绕组16置于气液混合室8的中心,此刻液态烟料在挤压和毛吸管儿作用下已通过漏斗针刺填料器15被输送到气液混合室8中,烟料气化形成烟气。烟气经防尘阻尼盖儿14输送到短不锈钢壳体13外,当负压消失器具停止工作。从而实现一个完整的模拟吸烟过程。
长不锈钢管体20的另一端设有仿火光导流灯罩1,其作用是模仿烟草燃烧发出的光亮,导入气流,防尘。
烟气发生器18中的瓷质气液混合室8周边及导液支架包裹金属纤维;烟气发生器的烟气输出端设有漏斗针刺填料器15,特制的专用液态烟料胶囊被漏斗针刺填料器15刺破,液态烟料通过挤压和金属纤维毛吸管儿作用经导液支架10导引供给瓷质气液混合室8,这是本实用新型实现向烟气发生器输送液态烟料的技术方法。
Claims (4)
1.一种改进型模拟香烟电子器具,整体外形为尺寸比例与实际香烟的尺寸比例相近似,其特征在于:它包括尺寸长的仿烟卷形不锈钢圆管状壳体(20)和尺寸短的仿烟嘴形不锈钢圆管状壳体两部分,之间由环状导流螺丝(5)和环状导流螺母(7)旋接成为一体;在尺寸长的仿烟卷形不锈钢圆管壳体一端进气口处设有仿火光导流灯罩(1),长不锈钢管体的内部从进气口端依次设置集成电路板(2)、传感器件(3)、电池(4)和环状导流螺丝(5)共同组成模拟烟的控制和能量输出系统;与仿火光导流灯罩(1)紧邻的集成电路板(2)上设置有模拟香烟燃烧光亮的发光二极管(17);在尺寸短的仿烟嘴管状体的内部依次设置的环状导流螺母(7)、烟气发生器(18)、气液混合室(8)、漏斗针刺填料器(15)、防尘阻尼盖儿(14)和塑料护套(21),共同组成烟嘴系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型模拟香烟电子器具,其特征在于:烟气发生器(18)包括由瓷质芯体构成的气液混合室(8),瓷芯体的中心设发热绕组(16),瓷芯体的一端置有不锈钢支架(10),不锈钢支架(10)外包裹有金属纤维,不锈钢支架(10)的顶端正对漏斗针刺填料器(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进型模拟香烟电子器具,其特征在于:环状导流螺栓包括空心螺丝(5)、弹性绝缘隔离层(6)和负极端子(9),负极端子(9)的中心有导流孔,环状导流螺丝(5)与空心的环状导流螺母(7)旋接配合;空心的环状导流螺母(7)中心置负极端子(19),其周围设弹性绝缘隔离层(11)与螺母(7)隔离绝缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进型模拟香烟电子器具,其特征在于:漏斗针刺填料器(15)上设有用于刺穿烟料胶囊的刺针(12),烟料胶囊中的液态烟料通过挤压和金属纤维毛吸管的作用直接供给气液混合室(8),在电子控制器作用下绕组发热使烟料气化形成烟气。
