Description

一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及无棉电子烟装置,特指一种能够有效防液体溢出的无棉电子烟。
背景技术
随着电子烟行业的发展,各种新型结构的电子烟层出不穷,其中,无棉电子烟以部件少、结构简单、装配方便的特点深受消费者欢迎,但是,由于无棉电子烟是采用渗液片直接对烟液进行取液动作,在使用过程中,残留的烟气容易在温差等因素的影响下形成残留液体,如果无棉电子烟的烟气通道设在中间直接对应吸嘴,这样消费者就会直接将残留液体吸入口中;这就使得无棉电子烟不具有像有棉电子烟通过吸液棉吸收残留液体的效果,有鉴于此,如何改进现有的无棉电子烟结构以有效防液体溢出成为有待解决技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种结构新颖、能通过环形间隙来存储工作过程中产生的残留液体,进而防止液体溢出的无棉电子烟。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,包括有:烟嘴组件、电池控制组件和雾化器组件,烟嘴组件、电池控制组件分别连接在雾化器组件的两端,所述雾化器组件包括有,
一外套管,该外套管呈圆柱形结构,外套管的内径大于储液杯的外径;
一储液杯,该储液杯为具有轴向切面而形成的具有圆缺截面的柱形体,在储液杯的出口端外表面具有供隔热套套接的台阶卡位;
一雾化单元组件,该雾化单元组件包括有电热组件和电源连接组件;
一隔热套,该隔热套呈圆柱形结构;
装配后,储液杯内置液体且在储液杯的开口位置装设有渗液片和过滤片,雾化单元组件内置在隔热套内,隔热套插设在储液杯的台阶卡位上后与储液杯的轴向切面的相应部分形成通气口,外套管套设在储液杯上,外套管的内壁与储液杯的圆弧形表面形成用来具有防止雾化工作时残余液体溢出的具有缺口的环形间隙空间,外套管的内壁与储液杯上的轴向切面形成烟气通道,该具有缺口的环形间隙空间连通在烟气通道的两侧,且烟嘴组件固定装设在外套管的一端后封堵住所述环形间隙的出口而使得烟嘴组件的吸气口与所述烟气通道连通。
所述烟嘴组件主要由烟嘴构成,该烟嘴塞在所述外套管的一端,并且烟嘴的进气口位于烟嘴中间,在烟嘴的内端面具有环形容纳凹槽,该环形容纳凹槽位于进气口和所述烟气通道之间以便进一步防止液体溢出。
所述储液杯上的轴向切面形成的圆缺截面为连接在一段圆弧两端而形成的缺口截面。

有益效果
本发明通过在储液杯的轴向切面形成缺口,并且外套管内径比储液杯的外径大,这样,外套管套在储液杯时就形成了烟气通道和具有缺口的环形间隙空间,烟气通道就是具有缺口的环形间隙空间中的缺口,这样,再通过吸嘴将环形间隙空间封堵住,工作时产生的残留液体通过烟气通道扩散到环形间隙空间时,由于环形间隙空间的间隙很小,残留液体就会吸附在环形间隙空间内而不会被溢出。由上可知,本发明通过设置烟气通道和具有缺口的环形间隙空间的结构解决了无棉电子烟残留液体溢出的问题。

装配后,储液杯32内置液体且在储液杯32的开口位置装设有渗液片35和过滤片36,雾化单元组件34内置在隔热套33内,隔热套33插设在储液杯32的台阶卡位32b上后与储液杯32的轴向切面32a的相应部分形成通气口a1,外套管31套设在储液杯32上,外套管31的内壁与储液杯32的圆弧形表面形成用来具有防止雾化工作时残余液体溢出的具有缺口的环形间隙空间a2,外套管31的内壁与储液杯32上的轴向切面32a形成烟气通道a3,该具有缺口的环形间隙空间a2连通在烟气通道a3的两侧,且烟嘴组件10固定装设在外套管31的一端后封堵住所述环形间隙a1的出口而使得烟嘴组件10的吸气口与所述烟气通道a3连通。
所述烟嘴组件10主要由烟嘴构成,该烟嘴塞在所述外套管31的一端,并且烟嘴的进气口11位于烟嘴中间,在烟嘴的内端面具有环形容纳凹槽12,该环形容纳凹槽12位于进气口11和所述烟气通道a3之间以便进一步防止液体溢出。

    装配后,储液杯内置液体且在储液杯的开口位置装设有渗液片和过滤片,雾化单元组件内置在隔热套内,隔热套插设在储液杯的台阶卡位上后与储液杯的轴向切面的相应部分形成通气口,外套管套设在储液杯上,外套管的内壁与储液杯的圆弧形表面形成用来具有防止雾化工作时残余液体溢出的具有缺口的环形间隙空间,外套管的内壁与储液杯上的轴向切面形成烟气通道,该具有缺口的环形间隙空间连通在烟气通道的两侧,且烟嘴组件固定装设在外套管的一端后封堵住所述环形间隙的出口而使得烟嘴组件的吸气口与所述烟气通道连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟嘴组件主要由烟嘴构成,该烟嘴塞在所述外套管的一端,并且烟嘴的进气口位于烟嘴中间,在烟嘴的内端面具有环形容纳凹槽,该环形容纳凹槽位于进气口和所述烟气通道之间以便进一步防止液体溢出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液杯上的轴向切面形成的圆缺截面为连接在一段圆弧两端而形成的缺口截面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管内装有电池控制组件而形成一次性电子烟结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管的另一端与电池控制组件通过连接件连接而形成可更换雾化器的可换电子烟结构。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述电热组件包括有具有电热元件、支撑架,电热元件设在支撑架内后与过滤片对应以实现烟液的雾化。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述电源连接组件包括有绝缘环和电极针,电极针依次穿设过绝缘环、支撑架后与电热元件电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池控制组件通过固定座连接在支撑架的底端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液杯上的轴向切面为矩形
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种具有防液体溢出的无棉电子烟,其特征在于:所述环形间隙的尺寸范围为0.05mm-0.8mm。
