在本发明提供的电子烟中,所述第二套管以及隔板采用导电金属制成,所述第二套管内穿置有电极柱且所述第二套管与所述电极柱绝缘,所述加热元件的一端通过所述第二套管与所述隔板电连接,所述加热元件的另一端与所述电极柱电连接;所述雾化器与所述电池杆组装时,所述隔板和所述电极柱分别与所述电池杆电连接。
在本发明提供的电子烟中,所述雾化器还包括用于保护所述吸嘴的吸嘴 帽,所述第二密封件的伸出所述雾化套管的一端的外侧壁面上沿周向设置有槽体,所述槽体中套设有橡胶圈,所述吸嘴帽弹性卡接在所述槽体中。
在本发明提供的电子烟中,所述电池杆和所述雾化器磁吸相接。
在本发明提供的电子烟中,所述电池杆包括电池套管和电池,所述电池套管靠近所述雾化器一端的端部上设置有第三穿孔,所述第三穿孔穿设有弹性导电元件,所述电池和所述电池套管靠近雾化器一端的端部之间设置有可相对于所述电池套管的内壁相对滑动的电连接件,所述电连接件通过所述弹性导电元件与所述雾化器弹性电连接。
在本发明提供的电子烟中,所述电池杆的远离所述雾化器的一端设置有端盖,所述端盖内设置有发光元件,所述雾化套管为导光材料制成,所述端盖内壁设置有导光部,所述发光元件发出的光线经过所述导光部和所述雾化套管传至所述第二储油腔以照亮所述烟油。
实施本发明提供的雾化器以及采用该雾化器制成的电子烟具有以下有益效果:由于本发明中的雾化器设置有第一储油腔和第二储油腔,第一储油腔可通过设置在其对应侧壁上的第一穿孔控制第一储油腔中的油面使得超出第一穿孔的烟油排入第二储油腔中,并且导油件的伸入第一储油腔的进入口的位置高于第一穿孔的位置,防止烟油在该入口处发生渗漏;并且由于第一储油腔中的烟油的量受控于第一穿孔,使得烟油被重复加热的可能性降低了,有利于节约电能和提升烟雾的口感。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1示出了本发明一实施例中的电子烟,包括雾化器1和电池杆2。雾化器1和电池杆2通过磁铁可拆卸地磁吸相接,当然也可以采用比如卡扣连接、螺纹连接等连接方式。电池杆2主要用于为雾化器1供电并控制雾化器1将储存在其内的烟油雾化成烟雾供使用者吸出以模拟吸烟的效果。
在本发明最重要的发明点在于,该雾化器1设置有第一储油腔1a和第二储油腔1b两个储油腔。第一储油腔1a对应的侧壁上设置有供加热组件20的导油件21进入该第一储油腔1a中以将烟油导到加热元件22处进行加热雾化的进入口10a。第一储油腔1a对应的侧壁上还设置有用于与第二储油腔1b连通的第一穿孔10b以在第一储油腔1a中的油面超过第一穿孔10b时将烟油排入到第二储油腔1b。第一穿孔10b 相对于 进入口10a的位置远离加热元件22。这样避免了导油件21的进入口10a位置发生烟液的渗漏,影响使用。另外,目前单级油腔的电子烟在使用中,烟油腔中所有的烟液都会吸收加热元件产生的热量,电量损失较多,同时烟油经过多次加热后,口感会发生变化,而采用本设计方式就可以避免这些问题。具有节约电能、防止烟雾口感变差的有益效果。
在本实施例中,雾化器1包括雾化套管10、加热组件20、第一套管30、第二套管40、吸嘴50以及吸嘴帽60。
雾化套管10呈圆柱筒状结构,第一套管30呈圆柱管状结构,并且二者长度相当。第一套管30的横截面小于雾化套管10的横截面。第一套管30与雾化套管10同轴延伸且第一套管30安装在雾化套管10内,第一套管30与雾化套管10之间设置有间隙。该间隙靠近电池杆2的一端采用第二密封件31b密封。该间隙的另一端采用第一密封件31a密封。可以理解的,第一密封件31a和/或第二密封件31b可以与雾化套管10和第一套管30为一体结构。雾化套管10的内壁、第一套管30的外壁、第一密封件31a以及第二密封件31b围成该第二储油腔1b。
第一密封件31a包括设置在雾化套管10内的密封部以及伸出于雾化套管10的连接部(未标注)。连接部的内侧壁上设置有内螺纹,吸嘴50的外侧壁上设置有外螺纹,吸嘴50螺接在该连接部内。连接部的外侧壁沿周向设置有槽体(未标注),该槽体中套设有橡胶圈313a。吸嘴帽60弹性卡接在该槽体中并与橡胶圈313a弹性抵压接触,具有拆卸和安装方便的有益效果。吸嘴帽60用于保持吸嘴50的清洁以防止电子烟在不使用时吸嘴50沾染灰尘。
第一套管30包括成一体结构的上套管31和下套管32,上套管31和下套管32内的交界处设置有隔板33。下套管32用于供电池杆2插接于其内。隔板33中央设置有圆形的第二穿孔34,第二套管40沿着该第二穿孔34朝向远离下套管32的方向设置并与雾化套管10共轴线。上套管31的内壁、第二套管40的外壁以及隔板33围成该第一储油腔1a。进入口10a设置在第二套管40的侧壁上,第一穿孔10b设置在上套管31的侧壁上。
加热组件20设置在上套管31内,并且上套管31上端套设有弹性隔离套35。弹性隔离套35设置有与上套管31连通的通孔(未标注)以将雾化产生的烟雾送入使用者口中。弹性隔离套35的端部的侧缘弹性抵接在吸嘴50的内壁上以防止烟油从吸嘴50流入使用者的口中。该弹性隔离套35可以为橡胶套或者硅胶套等。
加热组件20包括导油件21和加热元件22。导油件21可以为导油绳,加热元件22可以为加热丝。加热丝缠绕在导油绳上,导油绳部分地通过进入口10a进入到第一储油腔1a中导油以供加热丝加热雾化。
在本实施例中,第二套管40和隔板33均采用导电金属制成,隔板33通过第二套管40与加热元件22的一端电连接 第二套管40中还穿置有电极柱36,电极柱36与第二套管40之间通过卡设绝缘环(未标注)以达到绝缘的目的。电极柱36与加热元件22的另一端电连接并延伸出第二套管40的靠近电池杆2的一端。
电池杆2包括电池套管201、端盖202、电池203、控制板204、电连接件205以及发光元件206。端盖202设置在电池套管201的一端,控制板204卡接在端盖202与电池套管201的交界处。控制板204上设置有控制器,发光元件206、电池203、电连接件205分别与控制器连接。发光元件206设置在控制板204的朝向雾化器1的一面的边缘。端盖202的内壁面的局部卡设有导光部2021,并且雾化套管10也是由导光材料制成。发光元件206发出的光通过导光部2021以及雾化套管10传置第二储油腔1b以照亮第二储油腔1b中的烟油,具有美化效果。
电连接件205可沿着电池套管201相对滑动地设置在电池套管201靠近雾化器一端的端部和电池203之间。电连接件205中设置有磁铁用于与雾化器1吸合达到可拆卸连接的目的。雾化器1中的隔板33可以与该磁铁相吸。并且电连接件205设置有分别与电池203的负极以及控制器电连接的第一电连接点(未标注)和第二电连接点(未标注)。电池套管201的靠近雾化器的一端的端部设置有第三穿孔2011,并且第三穿孔2011中穿置有弹性导电元件2012如弹簧、弹性电极柱等,并通过该弹性导电元件2012实现第一电连接点和第二电连接点分别与电极柱36和隔板33的电连接,进而实现雾化器1和电池杆2的弹性导电连接。并且进一步的,隔板33是通过两个弹性导电元件2012分别和电连接件205导电连接,以提高导电通路的可靠性。
可以理解地,在一些实施例中导油件21和加热元件22均设置在第二套管40以内。第二套管40内还设置有与该第二套管40共轴线的支撑管(未示出),该进入口10a的位置由上述实施例中的第二套管40上改为设置在支撑管的侧壁上。并且支撑管的侧壁在靠近隔板33的位置设置有进油孔(未示出),通过该进油孔烟油进入到支撑管以内。在支撑管和第二套管40之间为填充层,该填充层填入导油性良好的材料如无纺布、棉布等,导油件21从该填充层吸取烟油。加热元件22缠绕在导油件21的一部分上,该导油件21的另一部分通过该进入口1a进入填充层以吸取烟油。在该实施例中,上套管31的内壁、第二套管40的外壁以及隔板33围成的容纳空间以及填充层共同构成该第一储油腔1a。第一穿孔10b 相对于 进入口10a的位置远离加热元件22。这样可以达到不在入口处1a发生烟油渗漏的有益效果。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种雾化器,用于与电池杆(2)组装形成电子烟,包括用于将烟油加热雾化的加热组件(20),所述加热组件(20)包括加热元件(22)和导油件(21);其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还设置有第一储油腔(1a)和第二储油腔(1b),所述第一储油腔(1a)的对应的侧壁上设置有供所述导油件(21)进入所述第一储油腔(1a)的进入口(10a),所述第一储油腔(1a)对应的侧壁上还设置有第一穿孔(10b)并通过所述第一穿孔(10b)与所述第二储油腔(1b)连通以在所述第一储油腔(1a)中的油面超过所述第一穿孔(10b)时将烟油排入所述第二储油腔(1b)中,所述第一穿孔(10b) 相对于所述进入口(10a)的位置远离所述加热元件(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括雾化套管(10)和第一套管(30),所述第一套管(30)与所述雾化套管(10)同轴延伸并且所述第一套管(30)设置在所述雾化套管(10)内部,所述雾化套管(10)和所述第一套管(30)之间设置有间隙,所述间隙的靠近所述电池杆(2)的一端设置第二密封件(31b),所述间隙的另一端设置有第一密封件(31a); 所述第一密封件(31a)、所述第二密封件(31b)、所述雾化套管(10)的内壁以及所述第一套管(30)的外壁围成所述第二储油腔(1b)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一套管(30)包括成一体结构的上套管(31)和下套管(32),所述上套管(31)与所述下套管(32)的交界处设置有隔板(33),所述下套管(32)用于供所述电池杆(2)插接于其中; 所述隔板(33)上设置有第二穿孔(34),沿所述第二穿孔(34)朝向远离所述下套管(32)的方向设置有第二套管(40),所述第二套管(40)的外壁、所述上套管(31)的内壁以及所述隔板(33)围成所述第一储油腔(1a)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热组件20设置在所述上套管(31)中,所述上套管(31)远离所述电池杆(1)的一端套设有弹性隔离套(35)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括吸嘴(50),所述第一密封件(31a)的一端伸出于所述雾化套管(10),所述吸嘴(50)螺接在所述第一密封件(31a)的伸出所述雾化套管(10)的一端的内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二套管(40)以及所述隔板(33)采用导电金属制成,所述第二套管(40)内穿置有电极柱(36)且所述第二套管(40)与所述电极柱(36)绝缘,所述加热元件(22)的一端通过所述第二套管(40)与所述隔板(33)电连接,所述加热元件(22)的另一端与所述电极柱(36)电连接;所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)组装时,所述隔板(33)和所述电极柱(36)分别与所述电池杆(2)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括用于保护所述吸嘴(50)的吸嘴帽(60),所述第二密封件(31b)的伸出所述雾化套管(10)的一端的外侧壁面上沿周向设置有槽体,所述槽体中套设有橡胶圈(313a),所述吸嘴帽(60)弹性卡接在所述槽体中。
  8. 一种电子烟,包括可拆卸地连接的电池杆(2)和雾化器(1),所述雾化器(1)包括加热组件(20),所述加热组件(20)包括加热元件(22)和导油件(21);其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还设置有第一储油腔(1a)和第二储油腔(1b),所述第一储油腔(1a)的对应的侧壁上设置有供所述导油件(21)进入所述第一储油腔(1a)的进入口(10a),所述第一储油腔(1a)对应的侧壁上还设置有第一穿孔(10b)并通过所述第一穿孔(10b)与所述第二储油腔(1b)连通以在所述第一储油腔(1a)中的油面超过所述第一穿孔(10b)时将烟油排入所述第二储油腔(1b)中,所述第一穿孔(10b) 相对于所述 进入口(10a)的位置远离所述加热元件(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括雾化套管(10)和第一套管(30),所述第一套管(30)与所述雾化套管(10)同轴延伸并且所述第一套管(30)设置在所述雾化套管(10)内部,所述雾化套管(10)和所述第一套管(30)之间设置有间隙,所述间隙的的靠近所述电池杆(2)的一端设置第二密封件(31b),所述间隙的另一端设置有第一密封件(31a); 所述第一密封件(31a)、所述第二密封件(31b)、所述雾化套管(10)的内壁以及所述第一套管(30)的外壁围成所述第二储油腔(1b)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一套管(30)包括成一体结构的上套管(31)和下套管(32),所述上套管(31)与所述下套管(32)的交界处设置有隔板(33),所述下套管(32)用于供所述电池杆(2)插接于其中; 所述隔板(33)上设置有第二穿孔(34),沿所述第二穿孔(34)朝向远离所述下套管(32)的方向设置有第二套管(40),所述第二套管(40)的外壁、所述上套管(31)的内壁以及所述隔板(33)围成所述第一储油腔(1a)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热组件(20)设置在所述上套管(31)中,所述上套管(31)远离所述电池杆(1)的一端套设有弹性隔离套(35)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括吸嘴(50),所述第一密封件(31a)的一端伸出于所述雾化套管(10),所述吸嘴(50)螺接在所述第一密封件(31a)的伸出所述雾化套管(10)的一端的内壁上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二套管(40)以及隔板(33)采用导电金属制成,所述第二套管(40)内穿置有电极柱(36)且所述第二套管(40)与所述电极柱(36)绝缘,所述加热元件(22)的一端通过所述第二套管(40)与所述隔板(33)电连接,所述加热元件(22)的另一端与所述电极柱(36)电连接;所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)组装时,所述隔板(33)和所述电极柱(36)分别与所述电池杆(2)电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(1)还包括用于保护所述吸嘴(50)的吸嘴帽(60),所述第二密封件(31b)的伸出所述雾化套管(10)的一端的外侧壁面上沿周向设置有槽体,所述槽体中套设有橡胶圈(313a),所述吸嘴帽(60)弹性卡接在所述槽体中。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(2)和所述雾化器(1)磁吸相接。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(2)包括电池套管(201)和电池(203),所述电池套管(201)靠近所述雾化器(1)一端的端部上设置有第三穿孔(2011),所述第三穿孔(2011)穿设有弹性导电元件(2012),所述电池(203)和所述电池套管(201)靠近雾化器(1)一端的端部之间设置有可相对于所述电池套管(201)的内壁相对滑动的电连接件(205),所述电连接件(205)通过所述弹性导电元件(2012)与所述雾化器(1)弹性电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(2)的远离所述雾化器(1)的一端设置有端盖(202),所述端盖(202)内设置有发光元件(206),所述雾化套管(10)为导光材料制成,所述端盖(202)内壁设置有导光部(2021),所述发光元件(206)发出的光线经过所述导光部(2021)和所述雾化套管(10)传至所述第二储油腔(1b)以照亮所述烟油。
