Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种雾化器以及 包含该雾化器的 电子烟。
电子烟包括雾化器和电池杆,电池杆为雾化器中的雾化组件供电,雾化组件通电后可以雾化烟油产生烟雾,烟雾经烟雾通道到达人口中被吸食,现有技术中,烟雾通道内容易积存冷凝或者未雾化的烟油,这种烟油通过毛细作用或重力的作用渗漏到电子烟外部,影响美观和吸食,用户吸食电子烟时,很容易吸食到所述烟油。另外,现有技术中电子烟吸烟端一般固定有吸嘴来引导烟雾,吸嘴一般采用硬质材料制成,用户吸食时,触感跟真烟相差太远。
虽然现有技术中也有设置专门的过滤嘴进行烟雾过滤,但是吸烟时由于用户口腔夹持力的作用,会将过滤嘴中吸附的烟油挤压出来;为解决上述问题,技术人员通过在过滤嘴轴心处插设有与所述过滤嘴同轴设置的硬质通气管,以使过滤嘴在受到用户口腔夹持力的作用时以减少过滤嘴的弹性形变,尽可能减少将烟油挤压出来,并保证过滤嘴中部区域的通气。然而,随着吸烟次数的增加仍会产生因户口腔夹持力的作用而将烟油挤压出来,导致用户吸食到烟油的问题,且所述硬质通气管因不能发生弹性形变,口腔夹持时感觉较生硬,不仅影响用户的使用体验,而且未经完全雾化的大颗粒烟油会通过通气管直接排入吸烟者口腔,以致用户吸食到烟油。
现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述容易漏油、吸食到烟油及吸烟端触感太差的缺陷,提供一种既能减少漏油及吸食到烟油,又能提高吸烟触感的雾化器以及包含该雾化器的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括雾化套管和设置在所述雾化套管内的雾化组件,所述雾化器的一端为吸烟端,其中,所述雾化组件靠近吸烟端的一端依次间隔设置有用于阻止烟雾中的烟油排出且能够透气的第一过滤器以及用于将经所述第一过滤器过滤后的烟雾导出的第二过滤器,所述雾化组件及所述第二过滤器分别位于所述第一过滤器的两侧,所述第二过滤器位于所述吸烟端内,所述第二过滤器由可透气的多孔材料制成且在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,所述雾化套管为由非金属材料制成并在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变的管体。

实施本发明的雾化器以及包含该雾化器的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明设置有第一过滤器,可以对烟油进行第一重过滤,不易出现漏油问题,而且取消了吸嘴,替之以第二过滤器,其受到口腔夹持的外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,因此吸烟时可以很好的模拟真烟的触感,并且由于第一过滤器与第二过滤器间隔设置,第二过滤器不会沾染吸附到第一过滤器上的烟油杂质,克服了现有技术中过滤嘴被口腔夹持而被挤压出烟油或吸食到大颗粒烟油的缺陷,被吸食的烟雾极少参杂杂质口味纯正。

参考图1,电子烟包括同轴设置的相互连接的雾化器和电池杆,雾化器的一端作为吸烟端。第一实施例中雾化器包括圆筒型的雾化套管1和设置在所述雾化套管1内的雾化组件2、弹性固定件3、第一过滤器4、第二过滤器5,第二过滤器5位于所述吸烟端内。电池杆包括电池套管、容置于所述电池套管内的电池61、插设在所述电池套管远离所述雾化器一端的灯帽63、以及嵌套安装在所述灯帽63内的控制器62,其中,所述雾化套管1为由非金属材料制成并在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变的管体,在本实施例中,其为塑料材质制成,当然,其也可以为塑料以外的非金属材料制成,在此不作具体限定。
雾化器和电池杆的连接方式并不做限制,例如可拆卸连接,此时电池套管和雾化套管1是两个独立的套管,也可以将电池套管和雾化套管1用一个套管实现,例如本实施例中,雾化套管1与电池套管为一体成型结构,
且由塑胶材料制成,使电子烟整体柔软接近真烟的触摸手感。
弹性固定件3位于所述雾化组件2靠近吸烟端的排出烟雾的一端,且嵌套在所述雾化套管1内可用于防止烟油沿所述雾化套管1管壁渗透,优选的,弹性固定件3与所述雾化套管1过盈配合。所述弹性固定件3两端连通且内部容纳第一过滤器4,在本实施例中,所述弹性固定件3由硅胶材料制成,当然,也可以由橡胶或其它材质制成,只要能够发生弹性形变即可,在此不作限定。第二过滤器5设置在第一过滤器4远离所述雾化组件2的一侧,第二过滤器5由可透气的多孔材料制成,所述第一过滤器4与第二过滤器5间隔设置,并在受到口腔夹持的外力作用时能够发生弹性形变。
其中,第一过滤器4和第二过滤器5可以由以下材料制成:醋酸纤维、PP纤维、PET纤维、醋酯纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、海绵或透气泡沫制成。
第一过滤器4用于阻止烟雾中的烟油排出,不易出现漏油问题,例如第一过滤器4采用直接吸附烟油的材料制成或者采用孔径极小的材料制成。第二过滤器5与第一过滤器4同轴间隔一定距离设置,第二过滤器5与第一过滤器4之间形成间隙,该间隙的轴向长度为1-3mm,优选为2mm,因此第二过滤器5不会沾染吸附到第一过滤器4的上的烟油杂质,由于第一过滤器4已经将大部分的烟油阻挡,所以第二过滤器5吸附的烟油很少,用户吸食电子烟时夹持吸烟端,被挤压的第二过滤器5并不会挤压出烟油,被吸食的烟雾极少参杂杂质口味纯正。而且,本发明取消了吸嘴,替之以第二过滤器5,其受到口腔夹持时能够发生弹性形变,够吸烟时可以很好的模拟真烟的触感,因此,第二过滤器5在仿真真烟触感的同时克服了现有技术中过滤嘴被口腔夹持而被挤压出烟油的缺陷。
所述弹性固定件3包括同轴设置的面向所述雾化组件2的进烟口及背离所述雾化组件2的排烟口,所述第一过滤器4位于所述进烟口及排烟口之间,所述进烟口的直径大于所述排烟口的直径,因此,第一过滤器4在受挤压时烟油便于从进烟口排出回流至雾化组件2上,而不会被挤压到靠近吸烟端空间。
第一实施例中,所述第二过滤器5与所述雾化套管1过盈配合,所述第二过滤器5与所述弹性固定件3之间间隔设置,且所述第二过滤器5远离所述第一过滤器4的端部与所述雾化套管1的端部平齐并形成一个平整的表面。
结合图1和图2,所述弹性固定件3呈圆筒型,包括圆盘型的抵持部和自所述抵持部的边缘起沿朝向所述第二过滤器5方向轴向延伸形成的中空的筒形的连接部,连接部与所述雾化组件2相抵持,连接部的远离所述抵持部的端部作为所述排烟口,所述进烟口为在抵持部中央开设的正对所述雾化组件2的通气孔30,所述第一过滤器4填充在所述连接部内。所述通气孔30朝向所述雾化组件2的开口处形成第二倒角31,通气孔30远离所述雾化组件2的开口处形成便于所述第一过滤器4内的烟油回流的第三倒角32。
所述雾化组件2包括发热件21和沿雾化套管1轴向设置的雾化座25、通气管22、无纺布23、蓄油棉24。其中,通气孔30的孔径小于所述通气管22的内径。
雾化座25包括盘型的座体,座体与雾化套管1过盈配合,座体中央沿轴向开设有用于供气体流通的通孔,沿通孔周向侧缘朝向第一过滤器4的方向轴向延伸形成第一环形凸起,
通气管22套设在第一环形凸起上,且通气管22一端与座体抵持,另一端抵持在所述第二倒角31上,使通气孔30与所述通气管22正对。发热件21容置于通气管22内,具体为,通气管22的管壁上对称开设有两个通孔,发热件21横向贯穿通气管22内部且两端架设在该两个通孔上,无纺布23包覆在通气管22外周面上,蓄油棉24包覆在无纺布23外周面上,座体朝向第一过滤器4一侧的边缘向内缩径且沿轴向延伸形成第二环形凸起,所述第二环形凸起套设在所述蓄油棉24外。
设置第三倒角32的好处在于,第一过滤器4吸附的烟油被挤压回流或者阻挡的烟油回流时,不会囤积在弹性固定件3的底壁,易于回流到雾化组件上,且由于通气孔30的孔径小于所述通气管22的内径,所以第一过滤器4被挤压烟油时,烟油大部分是回流至通气管22内,减少流入雾化套管1内的几率,且由于发热件21容置在通气管22内,便于回流烟油的重新雾化。另一方面,由于通气孔30的孔径小于所述通气管22的内径,则烟雾在进入弹性固定件3时容易冷凝,因此设置第二倒角31便于冷凝的烟油回流,通气管22与抵持部的第二倒角31抵持,因此避免了第一过滤器4与蓄油棉24的直接接触,防止第一过滤器4吸附蓄油棉24中的烟油。
上述第一实施例的第一实施方式中,弹性固定件3是一个整体结构,优选的,弹性固定件3可以组合形成,参考图3,第一实施例的第二实施方式中,所述弹性固定件3包括包覆在所述第一过滤器4上的固定套主体301及包覆在所述固定套主体301外周面的弹性密封层302,所述固定套主体301的硬度大于所述弹性密封层302的硬度。固定套主体301的结构与上述第一实施方式公开的弹性固定件3作为一个整体的结构相同,此处不再赘述。与第一实施方式相比,第二实施方式中固定套主体301的选材偏向于硬质材料,可以是金属制件,例如刚性材料制成,弹性密封层302由硅胶、塑料或者橡胶类弹性体材料制成,呈与固定套主体301相匹配的圆筒型,综合弹性密封层302的弹性以及密封性考虑,弹性密封层302的厚度优选的设计为1-2mm。
第二实施方式与第一实施方式相比,弹性密封层302能够密封及保持一定弹性,在受到挤压时变形,仿真真烟的触感,而固定套主体301受到挤压时不会发生形变,其内的第一过滤器4也就不会被挤压,因此能有效防止烟油被挤压出来而污染其他构件。
为了保持第一过滤器4与第二过滤器5间隔设置,第一实施例是将第二过滤器5与整个弹性固定件3间隔设置,第二过滤器5的固定完全依赖与雾化套管1的过盈配合实现,参考图4,本发明的第二实施例中,所述第二过滤器5部分插设在所述述弹性固定件3内,且所述第二过滤器5伸出所述弹性固定件3的部分与所述雾化套管1过盈配合,也就是说第二过滤器5的固定增加了与弹性固定件3的连接。
所述弹性固定件3呈圆筒型,圆筒型的所述弹性固定件3包括圆盘型的抵持部和自所述抵持部的边缘起沿朝向所述第二过滤器5方向轴向延伸形成的中空的筒形的连接部,连接部的远离所述抵持部的端部作为排烟口,所述进烟口为在抵持部中央开设的正对所述雾化组件2的通气孔30,所述通气孔30朝向所述雾化组件2的开口处形成第二倒角31,所述通气管22所述通气孔30远离所述雾化组件2的开口处形成便于所述第一过滤器4内的烟油回流的第三倒角32,此部分与第一实施例相同,此处不再详述。
与第一实施例不同的是,为了依旧保持第一过滤器4与第二过滤器5间隔设置,所述连接部的内壁沿径向延伸形成一环形台阶35,所述第一过滤器4填充在所述环形台阶35内部,且与环形台阶35朝向第二过滤器5的端面间隔一定距离,所述第二过滤器5一端抵持在所述环形台阶35上、另一端伸出所述弹性固定件3后与所述雾化套管1的端部平齐并形成一个平整的表面,所述抵持部与所述雾化组件2相抵持。
进一步的,第二实施例与第一实施例相比,由于第二过滤器5的端部插设在弹性固定件3内,所以第二过滤器5内被挤压的烟油不会渗漏到雾化套管1内壁,优选的,为了便于第二过滤器5内被挤压的烟油回流,所述环形台阶35朝向所述第二过滤器5的内侧缘设置有第一倒角33。
当然也可以设置第二过滤器5全部插设在所述述弹性固定件3内,因为弹性固定件3本身就是可以发送弹性形变的。但是优选为上述的第二过滤器5部分或者全部与雾化套管1进行过盈配合,如此使用者可以在必要的时候施力于吸烟端,将第二过滤器5内的烟油挤出。
另外,进一步的,参考图1和图5,所述灯帽63包括帽体和沿所述帽体缩径形成的、朝向所述电池套管轴向延伸形成的中空的延伸部,帽体透明,可模仿真烟,所述电池套管套设在所述延伸部上,所述控制器62容置于所述延伸部内,所述帽体盖设在所述电池套管上,所述帽体朝向所述电池套管的侧壁上开设有延伸至帽体边缘的进气槽631,所述延伸部上开设有沿轴向贯穿所述延伸部且与所述进气槽631连通的通气槽632,所述延伸部上还开设有供与控制器62连接的电子线穿设的、纵向贯穿所述延伸部的缺口633。通气槽632横截面积为0.5-3mm²,优选为1.1-1.5
mm²。
灯帽63内控制器62的电子线通过缺口633引出后与电池连接,可防止电子线被灯帽夹断。吸烟时,气流经进气槽631后进入第二通气孔或者通气槽632,由于通气槽632与电池套管内部空间连通,实现了气流的导入,导入的气流将雾化组件2雾化后的烟雾驱往吸嘴端,用户即可吸食烟雾。其中,上述实施例所述的雾化组件仅是示意性的,其只要能够雾化烟油即可,其具体结构不作限定,同理,所述电池杆的结构也不作具体限定,只要能够为所述雾化组件供电即可。
此外,雾化器与电池杆连接的结构并不做限制,上述电子烟中仅仅给出了雾化器与电池杆共用一个套管实现组装的示例(即雾化套管和电池套管一体成型),雾化器还可以与电池杆通过连接头实现可拆卸连接。
综上所述,本发明设置有第一过滤器,可以对烟油进行第一重过滤,不易出现漏油问题,而且取消了吸嘴,替之以第二过滤器,其受到口腔夹持的外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,因此吸烟时可以很好的模拟真烟的触感,并且由于第一过滤器与第二过滤器间隔设置,第二过滤器不会沾染吸附到第一过滤器的上的烟油杂质,克服了现有技术中过滤嘴被口腔夹持而被挤压出烟油或吸食到大颗粒烟油的缺陷,被吸食的烟雾极少参杂杂质口味纯正。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括雾化套管(1)和设置在所述雾化套管(1)内的雾化组件(2),所述雾化器的一端为吸烟端,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)靠近吸烟端的一端依次间隔设置有用于阻止烟雾中的烟油排出且能够透气的第一过滤器(4)以及用于将经所述第一过滤器(4)过滤后的烟雾导出的第二过滤器(5),所述雾化组件(2)及所述第二过滤器(5)分别位于所述第一过滤器(4)的两侧,所述第二过滤器(5)位于所述吸烟端内,所述第二过滤器(5)由可透气的多孔材料制成且在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,所述雾化套管(1)为由非金属材料制成并在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变的管体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,位于所述吸烟端的雾化套管(1)内嵌套有可用于防止烟油沿所述雾化套管(1)管壁渗透的弹性固定件(3),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述弹性固定件(3)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述弹性固定件(3)包括包覆在所述第一过滤器(4)上的固定套主体(301)及包覆在所述固定套主体(301)外周面的弹性密封层(302),所述固定套主体(301)的硬度大于所述弹性密封层(302)的硬度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化组件(2)抵接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)包括同轴设置的面向所述雾化组件(2)的进烟口及背离所述雾化组件(2)的排烟口,所述第一过滤器(4)位于所述进烟口及排烟口之间,所述进烟口的直径大于所述排烟口的直径,以使所述第一过滤器(4)受挤压时烟油从所述进烟口排出。
- 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)呈圆筒型,所述弹性固定件(3)包括与所述雾化组件(2)相抵持的圆盘型的抵持部和自所述抵持部的边缘起沿朝向所述第二过滤器(5)方向轴向延伸形成的中空的筒形的连接部,所述连接部的远离所述抵持部的端部作为所述排烟口,所述进烟口为在所述抵持部中央开设的正对所述雾化组件(2)的通气孔(30),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述连接部内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二过滤器(5)与所述弹性固定件(3)之间间隔设置,且所述第二过滤器(5)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述第二过滤器(5)远离所述第一过滤器(4)的端部与所述雾化套管(1)的端部平齐并形成一个平整的表面。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二过滤器(5)部分插设在所述述弹性固定件(3)内,且所述第二过滤器(5)伸出所述弹性固定件(3)的部分与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合;或者所述第二过滤器(5)全部插设在所述述弹性固定件(3)内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接部的内壁沿径向延伸形成一环形台阶(35),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述环形台阶(35)内部,所述第二过滤器(5)一端抵持在所述环形台阶(35)上、另一端伸出所述弹性固定件(3)后与所述雾化套管(1)的端部平齐并形成一个平整的表面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述环形台阶(35)朝向所述第二过滤器(5)的内侧缘设置有第一倒角(33)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)包括发热件(21)、沿雾化套管(1)轴向设置且容置所述发热件(21)的通气管(22)、包覆在通气管(22)外周面上的无纺布(23)、包覆在无纺布(23)外周面上的蓄油棉(24),所述通气孔(30)与所述通气管(22)正对设置且通气孔(30)的孔径小于所述通气管(22)的内径。
- 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气孔(30)朝向所述雾化组件(2)的开口处形成第二倒角(31),所述通气管(22)抵持在所述第二倒角(31)上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气孔(30)远离所述雾化组件(2)的开口处形成便于所述第一过滤器(4)内的烟油回流的第三倒角(32)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器(4)与第二过滤器(5)均沿所述雾化套管(1)同轴设置,且所述第一过滤器(4)与第二过滤器(5)之间形成有用于将经所述第一过滤器(4)过滤后的烟雾导入至所述第二过滤器(5)内的间隙,所述间隙的轴向长度为1-3mm。
- 一种雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括雾化套管(1)和设置在所述雾化套管(1)内的雾化组件(2),所述雾化器的一端为吸烟端,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)靠近吸烟端的一端依次沿所述雾化套管(1)同轴间隔设置有用于阻止烟雾中的烟油排出且能够透气的第一过滤器(4)以及用于将经所述第一过滤器(4)过滤后的烟雾导出的第二过滤器(5),所述雾化组件(2)及所述第二过滤器(5)分别位于所述第一过滤器(4)的两侧,所述第二过滤器(5)位于所述吸烟端内,所述第一过滤器(4)与第二过滤器(5)之间的间隙的轴向长度为1-3mm,所述第二过滤器(5)由可透气的多孔材料制成且在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,所述雾化套管(1)为由非金属材料制成并在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变的管体;位于所述吸烟端的雾化套管(1)内嵌套有可用于防止烟油沿所述雾化套管(1)管壁渗透的弹性固定件(3),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述弹性固定件(3)内,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述弹性固定件(3)包括包覆在所述第一过滤器(4)上的固定套主体(301)及包覆在所述固定套主体(301)外周面的弹性密封层(302),所述固定套主体(301)的硬度大于所述弹性密封层(302)的硬度;所述弹性固定件(3)包括同轴设置的面向所述雾化组件(2)的进烟口及背离所述雾化组件(2)的排烟口,所述第一过滤器(4)位于所述进烟口及排烟口之间,所述进烟口的直径大于所述排烟口的直径,以使在所述第一过滤器(4)受挤压时烟油从所述进烟口排出;所述固定套主体(301)呈圆筒型,所述固定套主体(301)包括与所述雾化组件(2)相抵持的圆盘型的抵持部和自所述抵持部的边缘起沿朝向所述第二过滤器(5)方向轴向延伸形成的中空的筒形的连接部,所述连接部的远离所述抵持部的端部作为所述排烟口,所述进烟口为在所述抵持部中央开设的正对所述雾化组件(2)的通气孔(30),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述连接部内。
- 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化套管(1)和设置在所述雾化套管(1)内的雾化组件(2),所述雾化器的一端为吸烟端,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)靠近吸烟端的一端依次间隔设置有用于阻止烟雾中的烟油排出且能够透气的第一过滤器(4)以及用于将经所述第一过滤器(4)过滤后的烟雾导出的第二过滤器(5),所述雾化组件(2)及所述第二过滤器(5)分别位于所述第一过滤器(4)的两侧,所述第二过滤器(5)位于所述吸烟端内,所述第二过滤器(5)由可透气的多孔材料制成且在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变,所述雾化套管(1)为由非金属材料制成并在受到外力作用时能够发生弹性形变的管体。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,位于所述吸烟端的雾化套管(1)内嵌套有可用于防止烟油沿所述雾化套管(1)管壁渗透的弹性固定件(3),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述弹性固定件(3)内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述弹性固定件(3)包括包覆在所述第一过滤器(4)上的固定套主体(301)及包覆在所述固定套主体(301)外周面的弹性密封层(302),所述固定套主体(301)的硬度大于所述弹性密封层(302)的硬度。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化套管(1)过盈配合,所述弹性固定件(3)与所述雾化组件(2)抵接;所述弹性固定件(3)包括同轴设置的面向所述雾化组件(2)的进烟口及背离所述雾化组件(2)的排烟口,所述第一过滤器(4)位于所述进烟口及排烟口之间,所述进烟口的直径大于所述排烟口的直径,以使在所述第一过滤器(4)受挤压时烟油从所述进烟口排出;所述弹性固定件(3)呈圆筒型,所述弹性固定件(3)包括与所述雾化组件(2)相抵持的圆盘型的抵持部和自所述抵持部的边缘起沿朝向所述第二过滤器(5)方向轴向延伸形成的中空的筒形的连接部,所述连接部的远离所述抵持部的端部作为所述排烟口,所述进烟口为在所述抵持部中央开设的正对所述雾化组件(2)的通气孔(30),所述第一过滤器(4)填充在所述连接部内;所述第一过滤器(4)与第二过滤器(5)之间的间隙的轴向长度为1-3mm。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆包括电池套管、容置于所述电池套管内的电池(61)、插设在所述电池套管远离所述雾化器一端的灯帽(63)、以及嵌套安装在所述灯帽(63)内的控制器(62);所述电池套管与所述雾化套管(1)一体成型,且由塑胶材料制成;所述灯帽(63)包括帽体和沿所述帽体缩径形成的、朝向所述电池套管轴向延伸形成的中空的延伸部,所述电池套管套设在所述延伸部上,所述控制器(62)容置于所述延伸部内,所述帽体盖设在所述电池套管上,所述帽体朝向所述电池套管的侧壁上开设有延伸至帽体边缘的进气槽(631),所述延伸部上开设有沿轴向贯穿所述延伸部且与所述进气槽(631)连通的通气槽(632),所述延伸部上还开设有供与控制器(62)连接的电子线穿设的、纵向贯穿所述延伸部的缺口(633)。
