Description

一种电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
现有的电子烟雾化器一般在储液腔设有储液介质,烟液容易被储液介质污染,导致不能长期储存,以及容易产生变味或焦味;另外,现有的雾化器结构因密封不良容易造成烟液渗漏,导致烟液减少、使用效果降低、给用户造成不良体验。
技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有的电子烟烟液容易被储液介质污染及电子烟雾化器易漏液的缺陷,而提供一种电子烟雾化器,其在储液腔不设储液介质,并且储液腔密闭,避免了烟液被污染,且烟液不渗漏。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述电子烟雾化器,包括雾化器外管、分别与所述雾化器外管的两端密封连接的雾化器连接组件以及吸嘴,其特殊之处在于:所述雾化器外管内设有中空且侧壁上开设有进液孔的雾化管;所述雾化器外管与雾化管之间形成储液腔;所述雾化管的两端分别设有第一密封盖和第二密封盖;所述雾化管内自第二密封盖一端依次设有发热丝支撑座、发热丝、吸液绳、支撑座密封固定件以及导气管;所述吸嘴、第二密封盖、发热丝支撑座、支撑座密封固定件、导气管、第一密封盖的中心分别设有通孔,与所述雾化器连接组件设有的进气道连通形成烟气通道。
作为优选: 所述吸液绳中部穿过发热丝,两端伸出发热丝支撑座并附着于发热丝支撑座、支撑座密封固定件及导气管的外壁。
作为优选: 所述发热丝支撑座、支撑座密封固定件、导气管的外壁均呈阶梯状缩径,其中发热丝支撑座一端密封套接于支撑座密封固定件内壁,支撑座密封固定件另一端密封套接于导气管外壁。
作为优选: 所述发热丝支撑座与支撑座密封固定件使用同种材料一体成型。
作为优选: 所述发热丝支撑座、支撑座密封固定件及导气管使用同种材料一体成型。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述导气管与吸液绳的外周部设有一陶瓷纤维片或玻璃纤维片。

作为优选: 所述雾化器连接组件包括雾化座、电极固定件、电极以及电极顶针,所述雾化座与第一密封盖压紧连接。
作为优选: 所述吸嘴与雾化器外管的连接方式为可拆卸连接。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述吸嘴和第二密封盖之间还设有吸嘴固定件;所述吸嘴固定件的一端为设有中心通孔的圆柱体,圆柱体外壁紧密套接于雾化管内壁,圆柱体端面与第二密封盖压紧连接,另一端为设有中心通孔的圆台,圆台外壁紧密套接于所述吸嘴的通孔。
有益效果
所述电子烟雾化器在雾化器外管的内部设置一雾化管,雾化外管与雾化管之间形成单独的储液腔,储液腔不设储液介质,烟液通过雾化管上开设的进液孔流向雾化管内的吸液绳,避免了烟液容易被储液介质污染,导致不能长期储存,以及容易产生变味或焦味的缺陷;又发热丝、发热丝支撑座、支撑座密封固定件、导气管等部件全部设于雾化管内,雾化管两端设密封盖,且雾化器外管的两端分别密封套接雾化器连接组件以及吸嘴,保证在储液腔内的烟液不会发生渗漏,避免了烟液渗漏,导致烟液减少、使用效果降低、给用户造成不良体验的缺陷。另在雾化管内设有陶瓷纤维片或玻璃纤维片,可有效缓解烟液流向吸液绳的速度,避免烟液过量流到发热丝及雾化腔造成渗漏,进一步解决了烟液渗漏的缺陷。

请参阅图2所示,雾化外管1一端与雾化器连接组件2的雾化座21套接,之间设置所述密封圈49,加强连接的密封性能。雾化外管1的另外一端连接吸嘴3,连接方式可以是可拆卸式地套接,或者固定连接。雾化管4设于雾化外管1内,第一密封盖42和第二密封盖50分别套装在雾化管4的两端。第一密封盖42一端与雾化座2压紧连接,另一端与导气管46密封套接。第二密封盖50一端与吸嘴固定件31压紧连接,另一端与发热丝支撑座47密封套接。雾化管4与雾化外管1之间形成储液腔11。雾化管4内自第二密封盖50一端依次设有发热丝43、吸液绳45、发热丝支撑座47、支撑座密封固定件44、以及导气管46。吸液绳45中部穿过发热丝43,两端伸出发热丝支撑座47并附着于发热丝支撑座47、支撑座密封固定件44及导气管46的外壁。发热丝支撑座47、支撑座密封固定件44、导气管46的外壁均呈阶梯状缩径,其中发热丝支撑座47一端密封套接于支撑座密封固定件44的内壁,支撑座密封固定件44另一端密封套接于导气管46的外壁。导气管46与吸液绳45的外周部设置有一可渗透烟液的陶瓷纤维片或玻璃纤维片48。吸嘴固定件31的一端为设有中心通孔的圆柱体,圆柱体外壁紧密套接于雾化管4内壁,圆柱体端面与第二密封盖50压紧连接,另一端为设有中心通孔的圆台,圆台外壁紧密套接于吸嘴3的通孔,从而吸嘴3与吸嘴固定件31组装在一起,整个烟雾化器组装在一起。
第一密封盖42、第二密封盖50、导气管46、支撑座密封固定件44、发热丝支撑座4、吸嘴固定件31以及吸嘴3的通孔与雾化器连接组件2的进气道共同连通,形成烟气通道。
其中,发热丝支撑座47与支撑座密封固定件44可以使用同一种材料一体成型。
还可以是:发热丝支撑座47、支撑座密封固定件44及导气管46使用同一种材料一体成型。
雾化器连接组件2的另一端连接电池杆,其与电池杆的连接方式可以是:螺纹旋转连接、卡扣连接或旋转卡扣连接的方式。
工作时,雾化器接通电源,储液腔11内的烟液由雾化管4侧壁上的进液孔41进入雾化管内,再通过陶瓷纤维片或玻璃纤维片渗透至吸液绳45,发热丝43通电发热将吸液绳45上的烟液加热形成烟气,烟气由烟气通道通过吸嘴3进入嘴巴。
