Abstract

 測定対象物の変化量を検知して該変化量を信号として出力するセンサ素子と、センサ素子から出力された信号をアナログ信号からデジタル信号へ変換するA/D変換部と、センサ素子から出力された信号からセンサ素子のドリフト量である0基準値を算出するゼロ基準値算出部と、ゼロ基準算出部で算出された0基準値に基づきA/D変換部から出力された信号をゼロ点補正するゼロ点補正部と、ゼロ点補正部での補正量に基づき、ゼロ点補正部から入力された信号の出力を制限する出力制限部と、高周波成分を除去する高周波除去部を備えた。
