Abstract

 開示されているのは、式[1] 【化30】 [式中、R1は炭素数1から6のアルキル基を表し、R2は炭素数1から4のアルキル基を表し、*は不斉炭素を表す]で示される光学活性α-フルオロカルボン酸エステルに含まれるフッ化物イオンを低減除去する精製方法であって、有機塩基の存在下に蒸留することを特徴とする、光学活性α-フルオロカルボン酸エステルの精製方法である。この方法により、光学活性α-フルオロカルボン酸エステル中に含まれるフッ化物イオン痕の濃度を、比較的容易な操作で大幅に低減することができる。有機塩基の中でも、第三級アミンが好ましく、中でもトリn-ブチルアミンが特に好ましい。
