Abstract

以下の式 【化５】 HCF2CF2OR1 で表される１－アルコキシ－１，１，２，２－テトラフルオロエタン［式中、Ｒ1 は炭素数１～２０の直鎖または分岐鎖のアルキル基を示す。］を、炭素数１～２０のアルコール、及び金属水酸化物もしくは金属アルコキシドと反応させてジフルオロ酢酸金属塩を得、得られたジフルオロ酢酸金属塩を、酸の存在下、炭素数１～１０のアルコールと反応させ、ジフルオロ酢酸エステルを得る。この方法によれば、従来技術と比べて短工程で、簡便かつ工業的規模で製造できる。
