Abstract

　本発明は、トランス－３－置換－３－アザビシクロ［３．２．１］オクタン－８－オール誘導体またはトランス及びシス－３－置換－３－アザビシクロ［３．２．１］オクタン－８－オール誘導体混合物を、式Ａｌ（ＯＲ１）３（式中、Ｒ１は酸素原子と結合している炭素が２級炭素である炭化水素基を示す）で表されるアルミニウム化合物の存在下に、異性化させることを特徴とするシス－３－置換－３－アザビシクロ［３．２．１］オクタン－８－オール誘導体の製造方法に関する。前記アルミニウム化合物のほかにケトン化合物を添加してもよい。
