Abstract

 不純物としての酸素化合物を含むフッ素化合物から少なくとも酸素を除去することにより、高純度のフッ素化合物を得ることが可能なフッ素化合物の精製方法を提供する。本発明にかかるフッ素化合物の精製方法は、酸素化合物を不純物として含むフッ素化合物に、該フッ素化合物中の酸素原子に対して0.1倍当量以上100倍当量以下のフッ化カルボニルを接触させることにより、少なくとも酸素の除去を行うことを特徴とする。
