　鉄の濃度が８００ｐｐｍ以下である金属珪素を一方向凝固することを特徴とする金属珪素の凝固方法。 　本発明によれば、安価、かつ短縮された工程で、金属珪素中の金属不純物成分を効果的に除去できる。
