Abstract

　転写法を利用して、転写先部材としての発光プレート上に発光皮膜が転写される。発光プレートはβ線検出用の第１シンチレータ材料を有する。発光皮膜は、保護層、遮光層及び発光層を有する。発光層は、接着材料と、それに添加されたα線検出用の第２シンチレータ材料と、を有する。発光皮膜を、透明部材の表面、光電子増倍管の受光面、等に転写法によって直接的に形成することもできる。遮光層及び発光層が、保護層と転写先部材との間に挟まれ、遮光層と発光層とが物理的に保護される。
