Abstract

 放射線を透過する支持基板12の一面に樹脂反射シート13を貼り合わせ、支持基板12の他面に樹脂反射シート13と同じ材質の樹脂シート14を貼り合せる。支持基板12の一面の樹脂反射シート13上に放射線を可視光に変換する蛍光体層15を形成する。蛍光体層15を覆う防湿層17と樹脂反射シート13とにより蛍光体層15を包囲する。樹脂反射シート13を支持基板12と蛍光体層15との間に配置することにより、感度特性がよく、安定した品質が得られ、コストも改善できるシンチレータパネル11が得られる。
