Abstract

本発明は、臭化水素酸エプタゾシンに、脂肪酸エステル及びグリセリン脂肪酸エステル並びにグリコール類又はピロリドン類を配合したことを特徴とする経皮吸収用医薬組成物並びに臭化水素酸エプタゾシンの経皮吸収促進方法に関する。本発明経皮吸収用医薬組成物は、臭化水素酸エプタゾシンの皮膚吸収性が顕著に改善され、注射によらず必要量の臭化水素酸エプタゾシンを皮膚透過させることができるため、優れた鎮痛効果を有する医薬として非常に有用性が高いものである。
