Abstract
L'invention concerne une cisaille double à rogner, avec une lame inférieure fixe et avec une lame supérieure entraînée en un mouvement ascendant et descendant par des arbres excentriques par l'intermédiaire de bielles. Chaque bielle est disposée sur un propre arbre excentrique. Grâce à différents rayons de manivelle, à leur décalage et à différentes longueurs de bielle, la lame supérieure accomplit un mouvement de coupe roulant qui est guidé par un coulisseau, sachant que la longueur des bielles est variable.
