Abstract

Ce dispositif (D) de fermeture pour une bouteille (1) comprend un couvercle (2) et une frette (4) surmoulés, réalisés en deux matériaux différents et immobilisés l'un par rapport ô l'autre par des moyens d'inviolabilité (43). Le dispositif (D) comprend en outre des moyens de fixation (3, 5) sur le col (11) de la bouteille. Un premier élément parmi le couvercle (2) et la frette (4) comporte une languette (43) périphérique, qui est placée sensiblement sur tout le pourtour extérieur du dispositif (D) et qui forme les moyens d'inviolabilité. Cette languette est reliée ô un corps (41) du premier élément par des moyens déchirables (45) et comporte des motifs (47) prévus pour coopérer, lorsque la languette est reliée au corps du premier élément, avec des motifs complémentaires (27) ménagés dans le second élément parmi le couvercle (2) et la frette (4).
