Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (100) destiné à des bouteilles, en particulier des bouteilles de boissons alcoolisées ou de spiritueux, qui comprend : un bouchon (1) se composant d'une partie supérieure (7) et d'une partie latérale (8) ; un diffuseur supérieur (2) qui peut s'accoupler au bouchon (1) ; un diffuseur inférieur (12) qui peut s'accoupler par en haut avec le diffuseur supérieur (2) et se comprimer par en bas dans le goulot d'une bouteille (5) ; et élément de revêtement (4) divisé en une partie supérieure (4') et une partie inférieure (4') reliées entre elles le long d'une ligne de rupture (6) prédéterminée. Ledit bouchon (1) comporte au moins une languette de fermeture (9) reliée à ladite partie latérale (8) du bouchon (1), qui peut prendre une première position de montage du dispositif de fermeture (100), dans laquelle elle ne peut pas interférer avec le couplage établi entre le bouchon (1) et le diffuseur supérieur (2), et une seconde position de sécurité, qui fait suite à la première ouverture du dispositif (100), dans laquelle la languette de fermeture (9) interfère avec au moins une partie de butée (15) du diffuseur supérieur (2), ce qui empêche de refermer complètement le dispositif sur la bouteille (5).
