Abstract

L’invention concerne une capsule de bouteille qui comprend: un bouchon hermétique vissé sur une bouteille; un bouchon intérieur contenant le bouchon hermétique; un bouchon intermédiaire contenant le bouchon intérieur; et un bouchon extérieur contenant le bouchon intermédiaire. Le bouchon intermédiaire comprend: un bouchon intermédiaire inférieur fixé par une protubérance formée sur la bouteille; un bouchon intermédiaire supérieur inséré dans le bouchon extérieur; et une partie de séparation qui raccorde le bouchon intermédiaire inférieur et le bouchon intermédiaire supérieur et sépare les deux bouchons par une rupture consécutive à une force de manipulation exercée quand la capsule est retirée pour la première fois. Le bouchon intérieur s'étend à une zone où une partie du bouchon intérieur chevauche le bouchon intermédiaire inférieur. On peut ainsi déterminer si la capsule de bouteille est ouverte ou non en observant une partie exposée du bouchon intérieur, entre le bouchon intermédiaire supérieur et le bouchon intermédiaire inférieur.
