Abstract

The present invention is a bottle cap which comprises: a sealing cap screwed onto a bottle; an inner cap which contains the sealing cap, a middle cap which contains the inner cap, and an outer cap which contains the middle cap. The middle cap includes: a lower middle cap which is fixed by a protrusion formed on the bottle; an upper middle cap which is inserted in the outer cap; and a separation portion which connects the lower middle cap and the upper middle cap and separates the two caps through breakage due to operation force when the cap is first removed. The inner cap is extended to a portion where a part of the inner cap overlaps with the lower middle cap. Thus, the bottle cap can determine whether the bottle is opened or not through a portion of the inner cap which is exposed between the upper middle cap and the lower middle cap.
