Abstract

The invention concerns a device (D) for closing a bottle (19 comprising overmolded cap (2) and shrunk-on collar (4), made of two different materials and immobilized relative to each other by tamperproof means (43). The device (D) further comprises means for being fixed (3, 5) on the neck (11) of the bottle. One first element among the cap (2) and the shrunk-on collar (4) comprises a peripheral tab (43), which is placed substantially on the entire outer perimeter of the device (D) and forms the tamperproof means. Said tab is linked to a body (41) of the first element via tear-off means (45) and comprises patterns (47) for cooperating, when the tab is linked to the body of the first element, with complementary patterns (27) arranged in the second element among the cap (2) and the shrunk-on collar (4).
