Abstract

La présente invention concerne une capsule pour fermeture de bouteilles qui peut être retirée par déchirement. La configuration de la capsule selon l'invention permet d'offrir une grande surface pour l'inclusion de publicité. La capsule est conçue en deux parties de telle sorte que, une fois la partie supérieure retirée par déchirement, la partie inférieure reste stable dans sa position. Ladite capsule constitue en même temps un sceau de garantie qui met en évidence de façon très significative si la bouteille avec bouchon a été ouverte ou non. L'invention est caractérisée par une configuration de capsule basée sur deux lignes d'affaiblissement sensiblement parallèles qui définissent une bande de déchirement latéral situé sur les moyens qui lient la capsule et le verseur ou la bouteille.
