The lower portion of the metal band 36, on the other hand, closes inwardly around the bottom end of the cap 20 and the collar 18. This metal band 36 can be fitted onto the cap 20 by rolling.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une fermeture (10) de bouteille avec un joint d'étanchéité, notamment pour des bouteilles contenant des boissons de qualité. Cette fermeture de bouteille comprend un ensemble verseur (15) destiné à être fixé au col (12) de la bouteille (11) et un dispositif d'arrêt (19) coopérant de manière coulissante avec l'ensemble verseur (15). Un bouchon (20) tubulaire, extérieur, recouvrant le dispositif d'arrêt (19) et l'ensemble verseur (15), est fixé au dispositif d'arrêt (19). Le bouchon (20) est fixé au dispositif d'arrêt (19) au niveau d'une partie supérieure (26) dudit bouchon et à l'ensemble verseur (15) par un joint cassable. Afin d'obtenir une fermeture économique à fabriquer et très difficile à contrefaire, le capuchon (20) est fixé axialement et rotativement à l'ensemble verseur (15), au niveau d'une partie inférieure (31) dudit bouchon (20) et une bande intermédiaire frangible (32) est placée entre la partie supérieure (26) et la partie inférieure (31) du bouchon (20), celle-ci formant une seule pièce avec les parties (26,31) du bouchon (20).
