Due to the geometric characteristic of the Venturi chamber (7) the Venturi effect is both in vertical and horizontal directions and after the Venturi effect is formed the gas passes to the central chamber (8) through the place between the annular plate portion of the Venturi chamber cover (4) and the annular plate shaped portion of the lower surface (3).

Abstract
L'invention concerne un brûleur de cuisinière à gaz comportant plus d'une couronne de flamme. Ce brûleur comporte essentiellement une surface dotée de couronnes de flamme, une surface inférieure fixée sous ladite surface et pourvue d'une chambre Venturi, un couvercle couvrant le haut de la chambre par appui sur la surface inférieure et créant l'effet Venturi, au moins un couvercle de flamme couvrant le haut des couronnes de flamme, et une cuvette dans laquelle est disposée la surface inférieure.
