Claims (10)

  1. Brûleur à gaz avec au moins deux anneaux de flamme, composé de:
    - un porte-injecteur (6) pourvu d'un unique injecteur vertical (22) positionné centralement sur la base dudit porte-injecteur (6),
    - un diviseur de flamme (4) avec une chambre externe (26) de développement substantiellement annulaire, et une chambre intérieure (28) de développement substantiellement circulaire, entre lesquelles une cavité annulaire (29) est intercalée,
    - un couvercle (8),
    et dans ledit brûleur à gaz:
    - ledit diviseur de flamme (4) comporte sur sa partie inférieure des moyens d'appui (30, 23) dudit diviseur de flamme sur ledit porte-injecteur (6, 12), et sa connexion à celui-ci,
    - la chambre circulaire intérieure (28) dudit diviseur de flamme (4) comprend un seul canal substantiellement vertical (46) en regard dudit unique injecteur vertical (22) dudit porte-injecteur (6), ledit conduit substantiellement vertical (46) débouchant dans un chambre radiale (47) à effet venturi définie dans ladite chambre intérieure (28) du diviseur de flamme (4) et limitée en haut par la partie discoïdale centrale (54) dudit couvercle (8),
    - ledit diviseur de flamme (4) comprend au moins un canal substantiellement radial (36) de liaison fluidique entre ladite chambre circulaire intérieure (28) et ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26), ledit canal radial (36) étant fermé en haut par une correspondant partie radiale (56) dudit couvercle (8),
    - lesdits au moins deux anneaux de flamme comprenant un premier anneau de flammes, généré au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévus dans la paroi externe (32) de ladite chambre annulaire externe (26) du diviseur de flamme (4), et au moins un deuxième anneau de flammes qui peut être généré au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévus dans la paroi intérieure (34) de ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26) du diviseur de flamme (4), ou au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévus dans le paroi latérale (35) de ladite chambre intérieure (28) du diviseur de flamme (4) ou au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévus à la fois dans la paroi intérieure (34) de ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26) et dans ladite paroi latérale (35) de ladite chambre circulaire intérieure (28),
    - ledit couvercle (8) est réalisé d'une seule pièce et comprend une partie discoïdale centrale (54), qui ferme en haut ladite chambre circulaire intérieure (28), et une partie annulaire (52) qui ferme en haut ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26),
    - ledit canal substantiellement vertical (46) faisant face audit seul injecteur vertical (22) est défini à l'intérieur d'un conduit tubulaire (30) qui s'étend vers le bas depuis la chambre intérieure (28) du diviseur de flamme (4),
    et caractérisé en ce que:
    - ledit porte-injecteur (6, 12) est en forme de cuvette et est pourvu d'ouvertures (13) pour l'insertion d'air primaire par le dessous d'une plaque de cuisson (10) dans laquelle ledit brûleur doit être installé, et en ce que lesdits moyens d'appui (30, 23) comprennent ledit conduit tubulaire (30), qui est inséré de manière étanche dans ledit porte-injecteur en forme de cuvette (6, 12).
  2. Brûleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que:
    - lesdites ouvertures (13) d'entrée d'air primaire soutiré par le dessous de la plaque de cuisson (10) sont prévues latéralement sur la coupelle dudit porte-injecteur (6), la paroi latérale de la coupelle (12) étant munie d'un premier rebord (14) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur pour adhérer à la tôle de la plaque de cuisson (10) par le bas, ladite paroi latérale du plat (12) s'étendant au-dessus dudit premier rebord (14) pour définir un collier (15) sur lequel le diviseur de flamme (4) repose et est pris en charge,
    - ledit conduit tubulaire (30) est inséré dans le collier (15) de la coupelle (12) du porte-injecteur (6) jusqu'à ce que le bord supérieur dudit collier (15) bute contre la surface inférieure (27) d'un deuxième flasque entourant le conduit tubulaire (30), définissant ainsi par ce contact une fermeture étanche qui empêche l'air primaire de pénétrer dans la coupelle (12) du porte-injecteur (6) par le dessus de la plaque de cuisson.
  3. Brûleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit conduit tubulaire (30) est dimensionné de manière à adhérer à la paroi interne d'un collier supérieur (15) prévu dans ledit porte-injecteur en forme de cuvette (6, 12), de manière à définir ainsi une fermeture étanche qui empêche l'air primaire de pénétrer dans le porte-injecteur en forme de cuvette (6, 12) par le dessus de la plaque de cuisson.
  4. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de repos comprennent:
    - un conduit tubulaire (30), qui s'étend vers le bas depuis la chambre intérieure (28) du diviseur de flamme (4), et est inséré de manière étanche dans ledit porte-injecteur (6, 12) dans le cas où ledit porte-injecteur (6, 12) a la forme d'un plat pourvu d'ouvertures (13) pour l'admission d'air primaire par le dessous d'une plaque de cuisson (10) dans laquelle ledit brûleur est destiné à être installé,
    - des saillies profilées (23) qui font saillie vers le bas à partir de la base du diviseur de flamme (4), et s'engagent avec ledit porte-injecteur (6, 16) dans le cas où ledit porte-injecteur (6, 16) a la forme d'une coupelle fermée à la fois latéralement et à sa base, de manière à définir des ouvertures, pour l'entrée dans le porte-injecteur, d'air primaire (19) prélevé au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson (10) dans laquelle ledit brûleur est destiné à être installé.
  5. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit diviseur de flamme (4) repose sur ledit porte-injecteur (6) au moyen desdits moyens d'appui (30, 23) de manière à être espacé d'une plaque de cuisson (10) de manière à définir avec elle des ouvertures pour l'entrée, dans ladite cavité annulaire (29), d'air secondaire (25) destiné audit deuxième anneau de flamme.
  6. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture (41) formant un canal d'inter-allumage est prévue dans ladite chambre annulaire externe (26).
  7. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits orifices prévus dans la paroi extérieure (32) de ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26) du diviseur de flamme (4) et/ou dans la paroi intérieure (34) de ladite chambre annulaire extérieure (26) du diviseur de flamme (4) et/ou dans la paroi latérale (35) de ladite chambre circulaire intérieure (28) comprennent des orifices principaux (42) et des orifices secondaires (43).
  8. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit diviseur de flamme (4) comprend deux canaux radiaux (36) de liaison fluidique entre sa chambre circulaire intérieure (28) et sa chambre annulaire extérieure (26).
  9. Brûleur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les parois qui délimitent lesdits canaux radiaux (36) du diviseur de flamme (4) comprennent des orifices secondaires d'inter-allumage pour propager les flammes entre ledit anneau de flammes généré au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévu dans la paroi interne (34) de ladite chambre annulaire externe (26) du diviseur de flamme (4) et ledit anneau de flammes générées au niveau des orifices (42, 43) prévus dans la paroi latérale (35) de ladite chambre circulaire intérieure (28) du diviseur de flamme (4).
  10. Brûleur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit porte-injecteur (6) comprend un bras (60) pour supporter une bougie d'allumage (62) positionnée dans ladite cavité annulaire (29).
