Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie et plus particulièrement à celui de la pharmacotechnie. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet un procédé de dégazage, notamment de désoxygénation de liquides et en particulier de milieux aqueux en associant simultanément le barbotage d'un gaz inerte, la mise sous vide poussée de la solution et l'action des ultrasons ainsi qu' une phase de chauffage allant de 35 à 60pC. Application du procédé selon l'invention à l'obtention de milieux aqueux ne contenant plus que de 4 à 0.4 mg/1 d'oxygène pour la production de solutions aqueuses stable de produits alimentaires ou pharmaceutiques.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS MODIFIEES reçues par le Bureau international le 19 septembre 2007 (19.09.2007)REVENDICATIONS
1. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses de substances phénoliques sensibles à l'oxygène, caractérisé en ce qu'on soumet le liquide à la fois à l'action des ultrasons et à au moins une action choisie parmi le vide et un micro bullage, pour obtenir une teneur résiduelle en gaz, notamment en oxygène, de l'ordre de 0,4 à 4 mg/1.
2. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on associe aux traitements auxquels le liquide a été soumis, une phase supplémentaire de chauffage à une température de l'ordre de 30 à 6O0C.
3. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 2, dans lequel le chauffage s'effectue entre 40 et 500C
4. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le micro bullage est réalisé par barbotage d'un gaz différent que celui qu'on commence à éliminer.
5. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le gaz de bullage est l'argon ou l'azote.
6. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les sonotrodes (transducteurs à ultrasons) délivrent une puissance variant de 0 à 130 W.
7. Procédé de dégazage de solutions ou de dispersions aqueuses selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la puissance délivrée par les sonotrodes varie de 15 à 50 W, et spécifiquement de 15 à 25 W ou de 35 à 50 W.
