Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren bzw. eine Vorrichtung zum automatisierten, industriellen Untersuchen und/oder Klassifizieren von Nahrungsmitteln, beispielsweise Fleisch oder anderen Lebensmitteln, vorgestellt. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Nahrungsmittel von mindestens einer Fördereinrichtung zu einem Meßabschnitt gefördert, in dem die Nahrungsmittel nach zumindest teilweisem Entfernen von nahrungsmittelfremden Gasen und/oder Flüssigkeiten hinsichtlich physikalischer, biologischer und/oder chemischer Eigenschaften vermessen werden. Hierdurch lassen sich hochpräzise und schnell beispielsweise Kontaminationen erkennen, die anschließend aussortiert werden können. Gleichfalls ist eine präzise Sortierung von Nahrungsmittel entsprechend ihrer Bestandteile möglich.
