Abstract

L'invention concerne une protéine de liaison à l'ARN Musashi 2 possédant une séquence d'acide aminé représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 ou 2 ou une séquence d'acide aminé dérivée de celle-ci par substitution, délétion, addition ou insertion d'un ou plusieurs acides aminés; ainsi que ses gènes. La protéine Msi 2 et le gène Msi 2 sont utiles en tant que réactifs afin de conserver et de cultiver des cellules nerveuses précurseurs/cellules embryonnaires du système nerveux central. Ils sont également utiles en tant que réactifs destinés à former et/ou à conserver des sous-populations de cellules nerveuses agonistes-GABA photovoltaïques. En outre, ils sont utiles en tant que remèdes contre diverses maladies du système nerveux.
