Abstract

The invention relates to valves (1) for liquids and gases on pressurised containers. The invention aims to provide valves which are easy to clean and service and which guarantee a high degree of operational reliability. To this end, the tip (9) of a valve needle (5), located in a valve housing (2) comprising a cylindrical valve seat (3), has an external profile, over which a seal (10) with an inverse internal profile in relation to the external profile is positioned. Said profiles are configured in the manner of a snap-fit closure (11). Valves of this type are used for the emptying or filling of containers with liquids and gases, in particular for the aeration and de-aeration of said containers. The valves are used, for example, on filter housings which are equipped with filter modules and are operated with a pressure differential.
