Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape (1) pour liquides et gaz, montée sur des contenants sous pression. Ces soupapes doivent garantir une grande sécurité de fonctionnement, et pouvoir être bien nettoyées et facilement entretenues. Un pointeau de soupape (5), monté dans un corps de soupape (2) comportant un siège de soupape (3) cylindrique, présente, sur sa pointe (9), un profil extérieur sur lequel est placé un joint (10) dont le profil intérieur correspond au profil extérieur de la pointe, ces deux profils constituant une fermeture à déclic (11). De telles soupapes sont utilisées pour la vidange et le remplissage des contenants avec des liquides, ainsi que pour le dégazage et le remplissage avec du gaz, en particulier la vidange d'air ou l'aération des contenants. Ces soupapes sont, par exemple, utilisées sur des boîtiers de filtre qui sont pourvus d'un module de filtration et fonctionnent sous un différentiel de pression.
