Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Ventile (1) für Flüssigkeiten und Gase an Druckbehältern. Sie sollen eine hohe Betriebssicherheit, gute Reinigung und einfache Wartung gewährleisten. Eine in einem Ventilgehäuse (2) mit zylinderförmigem Ventilsitz (3) angeordnete Ventilnadel (5) besitzt an ihrer Spitze (9) ein Außenprofil, über welches sich eine Dichtung (10) mit einem zu dem Außenprofil inversen Innenprofil befindet, die nach Art eines Schnappverschlusses (11) ausgebildet sind. Derartige Ventile dienen zur Entleerung und Befüllung der Behälter von beziehungsweise mit Flüssigkeiten sowie zur Ent- und Begasung, insbesondere Ent- und Belüftung der Behälter. Sie werden beispielsweise an Filtergehäusen verwendet, die mit Filtermodulen bestückt sind und unter einer Druckdifferenz betrieben werden.
