Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a nuevos 1,2,3,4,5,6,-hexahidro-2,6-metano-3-benzazocin -10-oles sustituidos, de fórmula general I, a procedimientos para su preparación, y al empleo de los mismos como medicamentos. Dichos compuestos de fórmula l en la cual X puede significar un enlace sencillo, alquileno, un puente de alquileno con de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono que puede estar ramificado o sin ramificar, y puede presentar, en cualquier posición del puente, uno o dos átomos de oxigeno; R1 se selecciona entre H, metilo, etilo y fenilo; R2 entre H, metil; R3 significa H, F, Cl, Br, OH, metilo, metoxi; R4 representa H, metilo, etilo; R5 significa H, metilo, etilo; R6 es H, metilo, etilo; R7 se selecciona entre t-butilo, ciclohexilo, fenilo eventualmente sustituido con R9 y R10, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; R8 puede ser O, NH, azufre, eventualmente en forma de los isómeros ópticos individuales, mezclas de los enantiomeros individuales o racematos, así como en forma de las bases libres o de las correspondientes sales por adición de ácido farmacológicamente inocuos. Preparación farmacéutica caracterizada por un contenido de un compuesto de fórmula l y sus sales por adición de ácido, además de sustancias auxiliares y excipientes usuales. Empleo para preparar un medicamento para el tratamiento terapéutico de isquemias cerebrales de diversa génesis, enfermedades neurodegenerativas, estado epiléptico, hipoglicemia, hipoxia, anoxia, trauma cerebral, edema cerebral, enfermedad de Huntington, Alzheimer, Parkinson, ciclofrenia, anestesia o anestesia local.
