Abstract
Compuestos de fórmula general (I)en la cualX puede significar un enlace sencillo, -O-, alquileno C1 -C4 , un puente de alquileno con 1 a 8 átomos de carbono que puede estar ramificado o sin ramificar, y puede presentar, en cualquier posición del puente, uno o dos átomos de oxígeno, preferentemente O-alquileno (C1 -C3 )-O-CH2 -CH3 -O-, -O-CH2 -CH2 -NH-; R1 puede significar hidrógeno, metilo, etilo, fenilo; R2 puede significar hidrógeno, metilo; R3 puede significar hidrógeno, fluoro, cloro, bromo, hidroxi, metilo, metoxi; R4 puede significar hidrógeno, metilo, etilo; R5 puede significar hidrogeno, metilo, etilo; R6 puede significar hidrogeno, metilo, etilo; R7 puede significar t-butilo, ciclohexilo, fenilo eventualmente sustituido con R9 y R10 , que pueden ser iguales o diferentes R8 puede significar hidrógeno, alquilo C1 -C4 ; Z puede significar oxígeno, NH. azufre; R9 puede significar hidrógeno, metilo, fluoro, cloro, bromo, metoxi; R10 puede significar hidrógeno, metilo, fluoro, cloro, bromo, metoxi; eventualmente en forma de los isómeros ópticos individualmente, mezclas de los enantiómeros individuales o racematos, así como en forma de las bases libres o de las correspondientes sales por adición de ácido como ácidos farmacológicamente inocuos. - 2 -Procedimiento para preparar norbenzomorfanos de fórmula general 5, caracterizado porque a) se hace reaccionar cloruro de O-metoxiclorobencilo (20) con el cloriro de bencilpiridinio 21, para proporcionar la tetrahidropiridina 22 y b) se transforma el derivado de tetrahidropiridina 22 en el derivado de N-bencilbenzomorfano 23 y c) se desbencila el nitrógeno amínico para proporcionar el derivado de metoxibenzomorfano 24. yd) se aísla el fenol-éter 24 y el derivado de benzomorfano 5
